dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, gelişmekte olan ülkeler için (Romanya, Polonya, Macaristan ve Türkiye)geleneksel ve geleneksel olmayan para politikası stratejilerinin etkinliği panel VAR metodolojisi ile2008: 1-2017: 5 dönemi için araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar, küresel kriz sonrası dönemdegelişmekte olan ülkelerde geleneksel politika uygulamaları ile milli hasıla üzerinde anlamlı ve kalıcıetkiler yaratılamayacağını ortaya koymaktadır. Geleneksel olmayan para politikasının enflasyonüzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir etkisi saptanamazken, reel efektif kur üzerinde güçlü ve kalıcıetkilerin mevcut olduğu görülmektedir.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the effectiveness of conventional and unconventional monetary policy strategies is investigated for developing countries (Romania, Poland, Hungary and Turkey) for the 2008:1- 2017:5 period with panel VAR methodology. Results show that in the post-global crisis period, conventional policy implementations cannot create meaningful and lasting effects on GDP in developing countries. It has been seen that unconventional monetary policy does not have a statistically significant effect on inflation, while its most severe and permanent effect is observed on the real effective exchange rate.
