Abstract
Karahanlı Türkçesi dönemine ait eserlerden biri olan Dîvânu Lugâti’t-Türk, Türktoplulukları ve dilleri hakkında önemli bilgiler veren kaynak bir eserdir. Makalede,Dîvânu Lugâti’t-Türk’te Ol anğar boyun sudı. “O, ona boyun eğdi, itaat etti.” ve Olmanğa yünğ sudı. “O bana, bükülmek için yün gönderdi.” cümlelerinde geçen ve“itaat etmek; bükülmek üzere sümek göndermek” anlamlarına gelen su- fiili üzerindedurulacaktır. Özellikle “bükülmek üzere sümek göndermek” anlamı merkeze alınaraksu- fiilinin tarihi Türk lehçelerindeki kullanımları, çeşitli etimolojik sözlük vekitaplardaki açıklamaları incelenecektir. Fiil üzerinde art zamanlı araştırma yapılarakTürk dilinin tarihi dönemlerinde yer alan metinler taranacaktır. Eş zamanlı araştırmayapılarak fiilin Türkiye Türkçesindeki ve ağızlardaki varlığı sorgulanacaktır. DîvânuLugâti’t-Türk’teki su- fiilinin kök anlam ortaklığı Doğu Türkçesi ile yazılmış bir eserolan Kasîde-i Bürde şerhinde tanıklanacaktır. Çalışmada su- fiilinin kullanım alanı veanlam haritası ortaya konacaktır.
D?w?n Lug?t at-Turk, one of the works of the Qarakhanid Turkish era, is a reference book that provides important information about the Turkic communities and their languages. In the article, the verb “su-”, which means “to submit; to send wool to spin”, in Ol a?ar boyun sudı. “He submitted to him.” and Ol ma?a yu? sudı. “He sent me hanks of wool to spin.” will be emphasized. In particular, the meaning of “sending wool to spin” is taken into the center, and the uses of the verb in historical Turkic dialects, and its explanations in various etymological dictionaries and books will be examined. The texts in the historical periods of the Turkic language will be scanned by doing research on the verb in a diachronic way. The root meaning relation of the verb su- in D?w?n Lug?t at-Turk will be witnessed in the interpretation of Qasidat AlBurda, a work written in Eastern Turkish. In the article, the usage area and meaning map of the verb will be presented.
