Özet
Bu çalışmada, DSİ XI. Bölge’ye ait mevcut 10 adet sulama sisteminin su kullanım performansları değerlendirilmiştir. Performans değerlendirmesinde ihtiyacın karşılanma oranı (RWS) ve sulama ihtiyacının karşılanma oranı (RIS) göstergeleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışma sırasında, 1996-2006 yılları arasındaki veriler incelenmiş ve sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir Araştırma sonucunda, dikkate alınan yıllar itibariyle RWS değerlerinin 0,45-6,28 ve RIS değerlerinin ise 0,0-7,07 arasında değiştiği saptanmıştır. Araştırma sırasında genellikle aşırı su uygulanmalarının yapıldığı ve bitki su ihtiyacının su yönetim planlanmasında etkili bir faktör olmadığı görülmüştür.
In this study, water use performance of 10 irrigation systems that belong to DSI XIth Regional Directorate has been evaluated. Indicators of Relative Water Supply (RWS) and Relative Irrigation Supply (RIS) were used for the evaluation of performance. The data between the years of 1996 and 2006 have investigated and results were evaluated. As a result of this study, RWS and RIS values were found to be 0,45-6,28 and 0,00-7,07. The application of excessive amount of water in research areas has shown that crop water requirement is not an effective factor on water management planning.
