The main cause of death and poor prognosis after acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is the prevalence of longterm myocardial ischemia and necrosis. Early diagnosis and treatment of these patients can reduce morbidity and mortality from the most important factors of survival and rapid treatment. The most important barrier is delayed diagnosis of atypical symptoms. In this article, we present a phenomenon that is overlooked by atypical symptoms of non-ST-ACS. © 2021 Kare Publishing.
