Özet
100 yıl önce kabul edilmiş olan Weimar Cumhuriyeti Anayasa-sı’nda çalışma hayatına ilişkin yer verilmiş olan hükümler, Almanya’da sosyal politikanın ve buna bağlı olarak iş hukukun gelişmesinde son de-rece önemli katkılar yapmıştır.Gerek bireysel, gerekse kolektif iş hukuku alanında yer verilen hü-kümler, sadece daha sonradan Federal Almanya Cumhuriyeti Anayasa-sında yansıma bulmamış, bunun çok ötesinde birçok ülke için de esin kaynağı olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, Weimar Cumhuriyeti’nin kuruluşuna kadar giden süreç kısaca ele alındıktan sonra, Weimar Cumhuriyeti Anayasası’nda bireysel ve kolektif iş hukukuna ilişkin temel hükümler değerlendirilerek çalışma, genel bir değerlendirme ile son bulacaktır.
The provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Weimar, which was adopted 100 years ago, have made a significant contribution to the development of social policy and the labor law in Germany. The provisions in the field of individual and collective labor law were not only reflected in the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany, but also inspired many other countries. In this study, after briefly examining the establishment process of the Weimar Republic, the basic provisions of individual and collective labor law in the Constitu-tion of Weimar Republic will be evaluated.
