Tekirdağ Taban ve Kıraç Meralarının Verim ve Botanik Kompozisyonuna Gübrelemenin Etkisi

Özet
Bu araştırma Tekirdağ İli Malkara İlçesi Karamurat Köyü merasının taban ve kıraç kesimlerinde planlanmış ve yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın amacı Tekirdağ ili taban ve kıraç meralarında gübrelemenin verim ve botanik kompozisyon üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemektir. Bitki örtülerinin yeşil ve kuru ot verimleri çiçeklenme dönemi botanik kompozisyonları da şerit (transekt) ve nokta metotları ölçümleri ile belirlenmiştir. Meraya 2005 yılı sonbaharda 4 kg/da saf azot ve fosfor . ilkbaharda 4.2 kg/da saf azot; 2006 yılı sonbaharda 3.6 kg saf azot ve fosfor, ilkbaharında da 5 kg/da saf azot uygulanmıştır. Gübresiz kesim, meraya yerleştirilen tel kafeslerle koruma altına alınmıştır. Meralar her iki yılda da kontrollü otlatılmıştır. Gübreleme taban ve kıraç mera kesimlerinde yeşil ve kuru ot veriminde her iki yılda da önemli oranda artışa neden olmuştur. İki yıllık ortalamaya göre taban meranın gübresiz ve gübreli kesimlerinin verimleri 1150.0 kg/da ve 2095.0 kg/da yeşil; 349.0 kg/da ve 620.0 kg/da kuru ot olarak tespit edilmiştir. Kıraç mera kesimindeki bu verim değerleri aynı sıraya göre yeşil otta 845.0 kg/da ile 1665.0 kg/da; kuru ot olarak da 240.0 – 342.0 kg/da kadardır. Gübreleme botanik kompozisyonun buğdaygil ve baklagil oranlarında artışa, diğer familyalardan türlerin oranlarında da azalmaya neden olmuştur. Gübreleme sonucunda bitki örtüsünün toprağı kaplama alanları şerit (transekt) metodunda %85.6’dan %95.8’e, nokta ölçümlerinde de %88.0’den %92.4 oranları arasında değişmiştir. Elde edilen verilere göre gübreleme, yörede en etkili ıslah yöntemlerinden biri olduğunu göstermiştir.
This research was planned and conducted on floodplain and steppe areas of a natural rangeland in Karamurat Village, Malkara District, Tekirdağ Province in 2005-2006 period. The purpose of this study, effects of fertilizer application on forage production and botanical composition of Floodplain and steppe rangelands of Tekirdağ. The yields of forage and dry matter vegetation was determined by cutting in blooming time and botanical composition and canopy cover via transect and point-frame measurements. In the 2005 and 2006 , in Autumn, 4 kg/da N and P and 3.6 kg/da N and P, in Spring 4.2 and 5 kg/da N was applied on the rangeland. The experimental area was 1940da. 1m2 cages were placed for measurements on unfertilized areas. The rangeland was under control in both years (2005-2006). On barren and basement area of natural rangelands, fertilizing gave rise to most amount of fresh forage and dry hay in 2005 and 2006. Fertilization gave rise to significant yields in forage and dry matter in both floodplain and steppe areas in the study period. According to the averages of fresh forage and dry weights in 2005 and 2006, the estimated rangeland yields were in both fertilized and unfertilized the floodplain areas 2095.0 kg/da and 1150.0 kg/da, 620.0 kg/da and 349.0 kg/da, respectively. The yields were in fresh forage weight and dry weight in both fertilized and unfertilized of the dryland areas as 1665.0 kg/da and 845.0 kg/da, 342.0 kg/da and 240.0 kg /da in the cages, respectively. Fertilizing primarily effects botanical composition and canopy cover of a rangeland. With fertilizing, botanical composition was determined to increase rates of Fabaceae and Poaceae and reduce the rates of other families in transect and point-frame measurements in the fertilized area. The results indicated that plant-covered area measurement values on fertilized rangeland were 85.6% and 95.8% on average by transect measurement method the values on fertilized areas were 88.0 % and 92.4% on average by point-frame measurements on floodplain and steppe, respectively. Consequently, fertilizing is one of the most effective improvement practices on rangeland in our district.
