Abstract
Bu araştırmada, destekleyici çalışma koşulları, kariyer tatmini ve yaşam doyumuarasındaki ilişkilerin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Tarım Kredi KooperatifleriTekirdağ Bölge Birliği ve bu birliğe bağlı Tekirdağ ili sınırları içerisinde faaliyettebulunan birim kooperatiflerdeki 120 çalışan, araştırmanın örnekleminioluşturmaktadır. Çalışanlardan anket yöntemi ile elde edilen veriler, faktör,korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri vasıtasıyla değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular,destekleyici çalışma koşullarının çalışanların kariyer tatmini ve yaşam doyumudüzeylerini olumlu yönde etkilediğini göstermektedir. Değişkenlerin ortalamaları,çalışanların destekleyici koşullara ilişkin algıları ile kariyer tatmini düzeylerininartırılması yönünde çalışılmasının önemli olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.
The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between supportive working conditions, career satisfaction and life satisfaction. The sample of the study consisted of 120 employees of Agricultural Credit Cooperatives in Tekirdağ. The data obtained through the questionnaire form were evaluated by factor, correlation and regression analysis. The findings show that supportive working conditions positively affect career satisfaction and life satisfaction.. The averages of the variables reveal that it is important to work towards improving employees' perceptions of supporting conditions and career satisfaction levels.
