| dc.description.abstract | Düşük ayak, ayak bileğinin dorsifleksiyon kaybı ile ortaya çıkan bir klinik tablodur. Etiyolojide L5 radikülopati, peroneal sinir tuzak nöropatisi, motor nöron hastalıkları, derin peroneal sinir travmaları sayılabilir. Burada ise düşük ayağın nadir nedenleri arasında olan spinal kanal uzanımı gösteren bir sinoviyal kist olgusunun tartışılması amaçlanmıştır. | |
