| dc.description | As a consequence of rapid increase in population and indutrialization, environmental pollution has become a problem all around the World. It is aimed to prevent such problems with the construction of common wastewater treatment plants. Common wastewater treatment plants are seen in structures where different industries are located such as Organized Industrial Zones. Many companies from different sectors take place in these indutrial zones. Treatment of wastewater in common wastewater treatment plants has a cost and this cost is covered by the companies which are take place in Organized Industrial Zone. When calculating this cost, approaches to contribute this cost more to the companies which have more pollution load will cause improvement in their process and change in raw materials which they used in production. It is aimed to reduce discharge of watsewtaer and pollution load in Organized Industrial Zone within this study. The pollution contributions of five different companies which are placed in Organized Industrial Zone are compared according to formulation as per regulations and proposed formula within the scope of this study. As a result of this study, it is seen that contribution price of Company A decreased as 2,26% while contribution price of Company B, C and D decreased as 3,23%, 35,90% and 8,56% respectively. On the other hand, the contribution price of Company E increased as 29,34%. It is observed that proposed calculation will cause a more fair distribution. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Nüfusun hızlı artışı ve endüstrileşmenin bir sonucu olarak çevre kirliliği tüm dünyada bir sorun haline gelmiştir. Ortak atıksu arıtma tesislerinin kurulması ile birlikte bu tür sorunların önüne geçilmesi hedeflenmektedir. Ortak atıksu arıtma tesisleri daha çok Organize Sanayi Bölgeleri (OSB) gibi farklı endüstrilerin bir arada bulunduğu yapılarda görülmektedir. Bu bölgelerde farklı sektörlerden birçok işletme yer almaktadır. Ortak atıksu arıtma tesislerinde atıksuyun arıtılmasının bir bedeli vardır ve bu bedel OSB’nde yer alan işletmeler tarafından karşılanmaktadır. Arıtma bedeli hesaplanırken; kirlilik yükü fazla olan işletmelerin arıtma bedeline daha fazla oranda katkı sağlamasına yönelik yaklaşımlar, işletmelerin proseslerini iyileştirmelerine, gerektiğinde üretimde kullandıkları hammaddeleri değiştirmelerine neden olacaktır. Bu çalışmayla OSB’nde atıksu deşarjlarının ve kirletici yüklerinin azaltılması ve yol açtığı çevre kirliliğinin büyük ölçüde önüne geçilmesi hedeflenmiştir.Çalışma kapsamında OSB’de yer alan beş farklı işletmenin kirlilik katkı payları yönetmelikteki hesaba göre ve önerilen formüle göre karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu çalışma sonucunda A işletmesinin ödeyeceği katkı payı %2,26 azalırken, B, C ve D işletmelerinde de sırasıyla %3,23, %35,90 ve %8,56 azalma olmuştur. Diğer yandan E işletmesinin ödeyeceği katkı payı %29,34 artmıştır. Önerilen katkı payı hesaplama yöntemiyle daha hakkaniyetli bir dağılım yapıldığı gözlemlenmiştir. | en_US |
