VERMİKOMPOST GÜBRELEMESİNİN AYÇİÇEĞİ (Helianthus annuus L.) BİTKİSİNİN VERİM VE BAZI KALİTE PARAMETRELERİ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Özet
Bu çalışma Tekirdağ ili Yağcı mahallesinde üretimi yapılan ayçiçeği (Helianthus annus L.) bitkisine farklı dozlarda uygulanan vermikompost gübrelemesi sonucu bitkinin beslenme durumunun bitki analizleriyle belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla Tekirdağ ili Yağcı mahallesinde açık tarla koşullarında 4 m x 3 m büyüklüğündeki parsellere 4 farklı dozda (V0: 0 kg/da, V1: 200 kg/da, V2: 400 kg/da, V3: 800 kg/da) vermikompost gübrelemesi 3 tekerrürlü olarak uygulanmıştır. Yapılan uygulama sonucunda her deneme parselinden alınan ayçiçeği örneklerinin verim, yağ oranı, tabla çapı ve bitki boyu ile bazı makro ve mikro besin elementi analizleri yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre artan vermikompost uygulamaları ile bitkinin verimi, yağ oranı, tabla çapı ve bitki boyunda önemli artışlar belirlenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre ayçiçeği bitkisinde en yüksek verim, yağ oranı, tabla çapı V3: 800 kg/da olan parselde tespit edilmiştir. Bitki boyu en yüksek olan V2: 400 kg/da olan parselde tespit edilmiştir. Bitki analizi sonuçlarına göre bitkinin N, P, K, Mg, Ca, Cu ve Mn içerikleri vermikompost uygulamaları ile artmış, Fe, Zn ve B içerikleri vermikompost uygulamaları ile azalmıştır.
This study was carried out for the purpose of determining of nutrition of sunflower plant (Helianthus annus L.) with plant analysis at the result of fertilizing vermicompost which has been used in different doses on that plant which has been being planted in Yağcı district in Tekirdağ. For this purpose, four different doses of vermicompost fertilization were applied to the sunflower plant with three replications. Experiment was done randomly block experiment design and 4 m x 3 m sized parcels in open areas conditions in Yağcı district in Tekirdağ. At the result of this experiment, from ten sunflower plant which were taken from randomly each experiment parcel, yield, fat rate, table diameter and plant height and some macro and micro nutrient element analyses were done each plant samples. According to the results yield, fat rate, table diameter and plant height were increased with increasing vermicompost applications. According to research results, the highest yield, fat rate and table diameter were found V3 : 800 kg/da vermicompost applied parcel. The highest plant height was determined V2: 400 kg/da applied vermicompost. As a result of plant analysis, N, P, K, Mg, Ca, Cu and Mn contents increased with increasing vermicompost applications, but Fe, Zn and B contents of sunflower plants decreased with vermicompost application.
