Özet
Bu yüksek lisans tez çalışmasında; Işık Ayazağa Kampüsü’nün dış mekân tasarım ilkelerine göre irdelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Tez çalışmasının ana materyalini; İstanbul İli Sarıyer İlçesi sınırları içerisinde yer alan Işık Okulları- Işık Üniversitesi Ayazağa Kampüsü oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında, yerleşke içerisinde bulunan yapısal ve bitkisel materyallerin peyzaj tasarımına yönelik değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Bu kapsamda öncelikle konu ve kapsama yönelik literatür çalışmaları değerlendirilerek kuramsal temeller oluşturulmuştur. Daha sonra yerleşke içerisindeki farklı alanlara yönelik görsel materyaller çerçevesinde ele alınan fotoğraflar yapısal ve bitkisel tasarım ilkeleri çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuçta; yapılan alan değerlendirmeleri kapsamında ele alınan dış mekânların, uygunlukları değerlendirilmiştir. Alan analizleri çerçevesinde yapılan tüm değerlendirmeler ile mevcut durum saptanmış ve örnek alanın gelişimine yönelik çeşitli öneriler geliştirilerek, kampüs tasarımlarının önemi ve gerekliliğine dikkat çekmiştir.
In this master thesis; Işık Ayazağa Campus aims to examine the settlement according to the principles of outdoor design. Işık Ayazağa campus within the boundaries of Sarıyer district of Istanbul is the main material of the thesis study.Within the scope of the study, the assessment of the structural and plant materials in the campus for landscape design was carried out.In this context, theoretical foundations have been established by evaluating the literature studies on the subject and coverage.Later,The photographs taken within the frame of visual materials for different areas in the campus were evaluated within the framework of structural and plant design principles. As a result, the appropriations of the outdoor spaces, which are covered within the scope of the field evaluations, were evaluated. With all the evaluations carried out within the framework of field analysis, the current situation was determined and various suggestions were developed for the development of the sample area and the importance and necessity of campus designs were emphasized
