Sulu ve kuru şartlarda yapay mera karışımlarının verim vekalite performansları ile bazı fizyolojik özellikleri

Özet
Bu araştırma, sulu ve kuru şartlarda yapay mera tesisinde yonca, ak üçgül ve çok yıllık çim türlerinin tekli, ikili ve üçlü karışımlarının ot verimi ve kalite performansları yanında türlerin bazı fizyolojik özelliklerinin incelenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deneme, 2020-2022 yılları arasında dört tekrarlamalı olarak 48 adet parselde yürütülmüştür. Toplam yeşil ot veriminin sulu koşullarda 2061-2964 kg/da kuru koşullarda 1165-1641 kg/da arasında değiştiği tespit edilmiştir. Kuru ot verimlerinin ise sulu şartlarda 787,5-1270 kg/da kuru şartlarda 515-764 kg/da arasında değiştiği saptanmıştır. Kalite analizlerinde, en yüksek ham protein oranı değerinin kuru şartlarda yalın yonca ekilişi (%17,6) ve en düşük değerinin ise kuru şartlarda yalın İngiliz çimi (%8) ekilişinden elde edilmiştir. En yüksek NDF oranının her iki su konusunda da yalın İngiliz çimine (%54,2; %53,4) ait veri ortalamalarından tespit edilmiştir. Bitki örtüsü sıcaklığına ait en yüksek değeri 32,5 0 C ile kuru şartlarda yalın ekilen ak üçgül ve ak üçgülün İngiliz çimi ile girdiği ikili karışımından (Aİ) elde edilmiştir. En fazla stoma iletkenliği, sulu şartlarda ak üçgül bitkisinin İngiliz çimi ile girdiği karışım ekimine ait (Aİ: 94,8 mmol m -2 s -1 ) ölçümde saptanmıştır. En fazla klorofil içeriğinin sulama yapılan parsellerde, yoncanın üçlü karışımı (59,3 SPAD), ikili karışımı (59,1 SPAD) ve yalın ekilişinde (Y: 56,8 SPAD) belirlenmiştir.
This research aimed to investigate the yield and quality performance of alfalfa, white clover, and perennial grass species in single, double, and triple mixtures in artificial pasture establishment under both irrigated and dry conditions, along with some physiological characteristics of the species. The experiment was conducted between 2020 and 2022 across 48 plots with four replications. It was determined that total green grass yield varied between 2061-2964 kg/da in irrigated conditions and 1165-1641 kg/da in dry conditions. It was determined that dry grass yield varied between 787.5-1270 kg/da in irrigated conditions and 515-764 kg/da in dry conditions. In quality analyses, the highest crude protein ratio value was obtained from the planting of pure alfalfa in dry conditions (17.6%) and the lowest value was obtained from the planting of pure perennial grass in dry conditions (8%). The highest NDF ratio was determined from the data averages of pure perennial grass in both water conditions (54.2%; 53.4%). The highest vegetation temperature value of 32.5 0 C was obtained from the pure planting of white clover and from the binary mixture (AI) of white clover with perennial grass in dry conditions. The highest stomatal conductance was determined in the measurement of the mixture planting of white clover with perennial grass (Aİ: 94.8 mmol m-2s-1) under irrigated conditions.
