Özet
Bu araştırma kapsamında, hasat sonrası elmalarda ürün kayıplarına neden olan Penicillium expansum (Mavi Küf) ve Monilinia fructigena (Kahverengi Çürüklük) fungal patojenlerine karşı, Boscalid+Pyraclostrobin etken maddeli fungisidin, Trichoderma harzianum izolatının (TRIC8), Harpin protein ve LaFÜ+be+mm bitki aktivatörlerine ait etkilerin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; M. fructigena?ya karşı Boscalid+Pyraclostrobin fungisidi %100, T. harzianum uygulaması %97,13, bitki aktivatörleri LaFÜ+be+mm ve Harpin uygulamaları sırasıyla, %100 ve %41,65 oranlarında başarı göstermiştir. P. expansum?a karşı Boscalid+Pyraclostrobin fungisidi %37,22, T. harzianum %69,73, bitki aktivatörleri LaFÜ+be+mm ve Harpin uygulamaları sırasıyla, %29,59 ve %29,76 oranlarında etkili olmuştur.
In this study, it was aimed to determine the effects of Boscalid+Pyraclostrobin active ingredients of fungicide, and isolate of Trichoderma harzianum (TRIC8), and plant activators of Harpin protein and LaFÜ+be+mm against to fungal pathogens Penicillium expansum (Blue Mold) and Monilinia fructigena (Brown Rot) causing loss of apple in postharvest. According to the result of research, Boscalid+Pyraclostrobin fungicide at ratio of 100%, and application of T. harzianum (TRIC8) at ratio of 97,13%, and plant activators of LaFÜ+be+mm and Harpin at ratio of 100% and 41,65% were succeeded against Brown Rot, respectively. Boscalid+Pyraclostrobin fungicide at ratio of 37,22%, and application of T. harzianum at ratio of 69,73%, and plant activators of LaFÜ+be+mm and Harpin at ratio of 29,59% and 29,76% have been effective against Blue Mold, respectively.
