Abstract
Dünya siyasetinde, liderlerin geçmiş yaşantılarının ve kişilik özelliklerinin, dış politikanın belirlenmesi ve yürütülmesinde önemli bir rol oynadığı öne sürülmektedir. Her liderin farklı bir kişilik yapısı ve karakter özellikleri bulunmaktadır ve bu özellikler, uluslararası ilişkilerde alınan kararları etkileyebilir. Bu çalışmada, dış politika bağlamında Yalta Konferansına katılan liderlerin alınan kararlara karakterlerinin etkisi üzerine odaklanılmıştır. Çalışma fenomenoloji bir kapsamda yapılmış, herhangi bir psikolojik test ya da tanı ile çalışılmamıştır.
In global politics, it is argued that the past experiences and personality traits of leaders play a significant role in shaping and executing foreign policy. Each leader possesses a distinct personality structure and set of character traits, which can influence the decisions made in international relations. This study focuses on the impact of the characteristics of leaders who participated in the Yalta Conference on the decisions made in the context of foreign policy. The study is conducted within a phenomenological scope and does not involve any psychological testing or diagnosis.
