Özet
Bu çalışmada, yapraktan püskürtülerek uygulanan çinko (Zn) ve borun (B) gübre çözeltisinin, önemli bir şaraplık üzüm çeşidi olan 5BB anacı üzerine aşılı, Tekirdağ ili Yazır köyüne kurulu bağ alanında ki Merlot (Vitis vinifera L.) üzüm çeşidindeki bazı kalite parametreleri üzerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Denemede, çinko (Zn) ve bor (B) içerikli gübre çözeltisi, çiçeklenmeden 7 gün önce (1.uygulama zamanı), çiçeklenmeden 7 gün sonra (2.uygulama zamanı) ve çiçeklenmeden 21 gün sonra uygulanmıştır (3.uygulama zamanı). Uygulamalar 2 defa ve 3 defa olacak biçimde 2 gruba ayrılmıştır. 2 defa yapılacak uygulamalarda tüm bitkilere 1. uygulama çiçeklenmeden 7 gün önce ve 2. uygulama ise çiçeklenmeden 7 gün sonra gerçekleştirilmiştir. 3 defa yapılacak uygulamalarda 1. uygulama, çiçeklenmeden 7 gün önce, 2. uygulama çiçeklenmeden 7 gün sonra ve 3.uygulama çiçeklenmeden 21 gün sonra gerçekleştirilmiştir. Hasat sonrasında verimi oluşturan özelliklerden tane eni, tane boyu, tane ağırlığı, salkım eni, salkım boyu ve salkım ağırlığı parametreleri belirlenmiştir. Yine aynı şekilde Merlot üzüm çeşidinin şaraplık kalite özellikleri çerçevesinde; suda çözünebilir toplam kuru madde miktarı, toplam asit miktarı, şıra pH’sı, toplam fenolik madde miktarı, toplam antosiyanin madde miktarı kriterleri de incelenmiştir. Yapraktan 3 defa gerçekleştirilen Bor uygulamaları, sadece şırada toplam fenolik madde miktarını kontrol grubuna göre % 14,25 oranında (5064,49 mg/kg) arttırmıştır. Buna karşın verim parametreleri, suda çözünebilir toplam kuru madde miktarı, toplam asit miktarı, şıra pH’sı, toplam antosiyanin madde miktarı üzerinde önemli bir etkisinin olmadığı istatistiksel olarak belirlenmiştir.
In this study, effects of foliar zinc (Zn) leaf pulverization of Zinc (Zn) and Boron (B) on some quality parameters of cu. Merlot (Vitis Vinifera L.), which is important wine grape cultivar and grafted on 5BB rootstock, in vineyard establiched in Yazir village of Tekirdağ, were examined. In reserch, Zinc (Zn) an Boron (B) micro elements were applied at three times such as 7 day before flowering (1st application time), 7 day after flowering (2nd application time) and 21 day after flowering (3rd application time). Applications were divided 2 groups (as 2 and 3 times) In 2 times applications, first micro element applications were performed at 7 day before flowering and second micro elements applications were performed at 7 day after flowering in 3 times applications, first microlelements applications were carried out at 7 day before flowering, second microelement applications were carried out at 7 day after flowering and third microelement applications were carried out at 21 day after flowering. After harvest, yield parameters such as grape widht, grape lenght, grape weighy, cluster widhti cluster lenght and cluster weight were determined. Also, wine grape quality characteristics (total soluble, solids, total antochyanin content) of cu. Merlot were examined. Among the application frequciency of Zinc (Zn) and Boron (B) microelements, total phenolic compond of must was only affected by 3 application times of boron (B) than control (14,25% increase, 5064,49 mg/kg) on the other hand, total soluble solids, total acid content, must pH, total antochyanin content were not statistically affected frequcieny of foliar Zinc (Zn) an Boron (B) frequcieny of foliar Zinc (Zn) and Boron (B).
