Abstract
Endüstriyel alanda kullanılan plastik malzemeler her geçen gün daha fazla önem kazanmaktadır. Plastik malzemelerin tarım makinalarında kullanılması da üretici kuruluşlar tarafından oldukça önemlidir. Ekim makinalarında tohum hücresi olarak adlandırılan parçanın üretimi aşamalarında plastik enjeksiyon kalıplarının imalatı ve malzeme seçimi, ürün kalitesi ve maliyetini etkilemektedir. Bu çalışma, farklı malzemelerden imal edilmiş tohum hücreleri numuneleri arasındaki üretim farklılıkları ve bilgisayar destekli tasarım programı kullanılarak yapılan statik analiz ve sonuçlarını ele almıştır. Bu araştırmada %30 Cam elyaf takviyeli Naylon 6 malzemeden ve Poli Oksi Metilen (POM) malzemeden üretilmiş tohum hücreleri numuneleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, kalıp çekirdeklerinin üretimlerinde uygulanan imalat usüllerindeki farklılıklar ile tohum hücrelerine bilgisayar ortamında uygulanan statik analiz sonucunda görsel ve analitik farklılıklar belirtilmiştir
Plastic materials used in industrial applications gain importance every passing day. Use of plastic materials in agricultural machinery sector is rather important for producers. In the production phase of germ cell, which is a part of sowing machines, manufacturing of plastic injection mold and selection of materials affect both the product quality and the product cost. In this study, germ samples made of different materials have been compared by their production differences. Computer Aided Design (CAD) program has been used to analyse the differences. In this study, germ cell samples, that are made of acetal (POM) and germ cell samples, that are made of 30%glass-fibre reinforced nylon 6, have been used. As a resulf of this study, the differences between manufacturing processes of mold design have been indicated and also the analytic and visual differences of germ cell samples have been determined and discussed by using computer based static analysis.
