Özet
Teknolojik gelişmelerdeki ve sanayi faaliyetlerindeki artışın olumsuz bir sonucu olarak gürültü hayatımıza girmiştir. Teknolojinin ilerlediği, insan gücünün yerini makinalara bıraktığı günümüzde, tarımsal üretim de makinalarla daha kolay ve hızlı yapılabilmektedir. Tarımsal üretimde toprağın işlenmesi, toprağın bakımından başlanarak ve ürün hasadına kadar makine gücünden faydalanılmaktadır. Ülkemizde tarım makinaları alanında faaliyet gösteren birçok işletme bulunmaktadır. Bu işletmelerde tarım makinalarının üretimi çeşitli aşamalarla yapılmaktadır. Üretim sırasında birçok alet kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada tarım makinaları imalatı yapan işletmelerde çalışanların maruz kaldığı gürültü miktarının belirlenmesi amacıyla sonometre ile gürültü ölçümü yapılmıştır. Ölçümler sonucunda günümüzde tarımsal üretimde vazgeçilmez olan toprak işleme, bakım makinalarının imalatı sırasında çalışanların maruz kaldığı ses düzeyi tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışanların kulak seviyelerinden de ses düzeyi ölçümü alınarak, kişisel gürültü maruziyeti belirlenmiştir. İşletmede kullanılan makinalar ve üretim hatları için oluşturulan gürültü haritasından ayrı olarak da çalışılan ortam, üretim hatları, çalışılan makinalar için anlık(saniyelik) gürültü değişiminin tespiti yapılmıştır. Ölçümler KMOON GM1352 cihaz ile haritalama aşamasında 60 noktada 3'er tekrar şeklinde yapılmıştır. Ölçümler sonucunda ortamda oluşan gürültünün yönetmelikte belirtilen değerlerde olduğu, sadece anlık ses düzeyi artışlarında bu değerlerin aşıldığı tespit edilmiştir.
Noise, which is negative result of increasing in technological development and industrial area, has been coming into our life. In these days, technology is progressing and machines are preferred to manpower, so agricultural production also are done more fast and easy with machines. In the soil cultivation in agricultural production, beginning from the soil maintenance till the harvest, is benefited from machine power. In our country, there are many enterprises operating in the field of agricultural machinery. Production of agricultural machinery is carried out in various stages in these enterprises. In the production process, a lot of devices are used. In this research, noise measurement was performed with sonometer in order to determine the amount of noise that workers are exposed to in enterprises which are manufactured agricultural machinery. As a result of the measurements, nowadays soil cultivation, which is indispensable in agricultural production, the noise level that the workers are exposed to during production of the maintenance machine, is determined. Apart from the noise map created for the machines and production lines used in the enterprises, the instantaneous noise change was determined for the working environment, production lines and working machines. Measurements were performed with KMOON GM1352 device at 60 points in three repetition during the mapping phase. As a result of the measurements, it has been determined that the noise generated in the environment is at the value specified in the regulation and these values are exceeded only in the instantaneous volume level increases.
