dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasında; süt sığırlarında döl verimi ölçütleri ile ilgili standart değerler özellikle Gebelik Başına Tohumlama Sayısı (GBTS) ve bu standart değerlerden sapmaların ülkemiz süt sığırcılığı ıslahında yol açtığı bilgi ve ekonomik kayıpların saptanması amaçlanmıştır. Tekirdağ İli DSYB'ne ait 2013-2019 yılları arasındaki 20662 siyah alaca süt sığırına ait (39938 adet) döl verim kayıtları (Gebelik Başına Tohumlama Sayısı) araştırmanın materyalini oluşturmuştur. Buzağılama Yıllarının etkisini ele aldığımızda; farklılığı yaratan yılların en düşük 2014 yılı (1,76±0,022) ortalamasının olduğu, en yüksek ortalama (1,95±0,020) olarak da 2015 yılı verilerinden kaynaklandığı görülmektedir. (p<0,01). Mevsimlerin GBTS'na etkilerini irdelediğimizde; farklılığın kış (1,81±0,015) ve sonbahar (1,94±0,016) mevsimlerinden kaynaklandığı görülmüştür(p<0,01). Kış ve ilkbahar mevsimleri hariç diğer mevsimlerin ortalaması genel ortalamanın üzerinde bulunmuştur (p<0,01). Laktasyon sırasını değerlendirdiğimizde 1., 2. ve 3. laktasyon sıralarının GBTS'na etkilerinin önemli olduğu (p<0,01) görülmektedir. Genel ortalamayla karşılaştırdığımızda ise 1. ve 5. laktasyon hariç diğer laktasyon sıralarının düşük olduğu görülmüştür. Öneri olarak; başarılı bir hayvancılık işletmesinde sürünün döl verimine doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak etki eden etmenler yakından izlenerek performansı olumsuz yönde etkileyen faktörlerin, etkisini göstermeden önce elemine edilmesi önem taşımaktadır.
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis study; In this study, it was aimed to determine the standard values related to fertility criteria in dairy cattle, especially the Number of Insemination Per Gestation (GBTS) and the information and economic losses caused by deviations from these standard values in dairy cattle breeding in our country. Fertility records (Number of Insemination per Pregnancy) of 20662 Holstein Dairy cattle (39938 units) between 2013-2019 belonging to Tekirdağ Province DSYB constituted the material of the research. When we consider the effect of calving years; It is seen that the years that created the difference have the lowest average of 2014 (1.76±0.022), and the highest average (1.95±0.020) stems from the 2015 data. Except for the GBTS averages of 2013(1.82±0.018) and 2014 (1.76±0.022), the GBTS averages of the other years were higher than the general average of the flock (1.87±0.01). (p<0.01). When we examine the effects of seasons on GBTS; it was seen that the difference was caused by winter (1.81±0.015) and autumn (1.94±0.016) seasons (p<0.01). Except for the winter and spring seasons, the average of the other seasons was found above the general average (p<0.01). When we evaluate the lactation order, it is seen that the effects of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd lactation lines on GBTS are significant (p<0.01). When we compare it with the general average, it is seen that other lactation lines except the 1st and 5th lactations are low. As a suggestion; In a successful livestock business, it is important to closely monitor the factors that directly or indirectly affect the fertility of the herd, and to eliminate the factors that negatively affect the performance before they show their effects.
