OS METATARSALE I’İN ANATOMİK VE ORTOPEDİK ÖZELLİKLERİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI

| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmamız Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Anabilim dalına çeşitli sebeplerle başvurmuş ve sonradan cerrahi sebeplerle ampute edilen 32 erişkin hastanın alt ekstremiteleri üzerinde yapıldı. M. peroneus longus ve m. tibialis anterior’un tendonları, insersiyodaki boyutları ölçüldükten tibia, ayak boyu, ayak genişliği ve os metatarsale I’in boyutları ve os metatarsale I’e ait proksimal ve distal eklem yüzü boyutları ölçüldü. Daha sonra ayak anatomik pozisyonda iken horizontal ve sagital düzlemde Art. metaatrsophalangea, metatarsocuneiforme ve naviculocuneiformenin açıları yaklaşık 8-10 cm uzunluğunda bir iğne geçirilerek fotoğrafları çekildi ve corell draw (5.00) programında hesaplandı. MTFE, MKE ve NKE açıları ise; horizontal planda art. metatarsophalangea’nın kadınlarda 4,5°-10 ° arasında, erkeklerde ise 3,8°-9,9°, art. metatarsocuneiforme’nin kadınlarda 5,1°-12,6°, erkeklerde 2,7°-12,3°, art. naviculocuneiforme’nin ise kadınlarda 2,1°-9,4°, erkeklerde ise 3°-11,4° arasında olduğu görüldü. intermetatarsal açı ise kadınlarda 6°-11,2° erkeklerde ise 5,5°-11° arasında değişiklik göstermekteydi. Bu tez çalışmasında anatomik ve ortopedik bir bakış açısı ile, m. peroneus longus ile m. tibialis anterior tendonlarının ve insersiyo noktalarının os metatarsale I üzerindeki etkileri, bu etkileşimlerin art. metatarsophalangea, art. metatarsocuneiforme ve art. naviculocuneiforme ile olan bağlantısını araştırmak ve bu analizlerin sonucunun konservatif tedaviyi yönlendirmedeki önemini değerlendirmek amaçlanmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Our study was performed on lower extremities of 32 adult patients who amputated because of surgical reasons at Kahramanmaras Sutcu Imam University School of Medicine Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology. Firstly, M. peroneus longus and m. tibialis anterior’s tendon and dimension at insertion were measured. After that, tibia, foot length, foot width, the dimensions and proximal and distal articular surface dimensions of os metatarsal I were measured. While feet anatomical position, angel Art. metatarsophalangea, metatarsocuneiforme and naviculocuneiforme in the horizontal and sagittal plane were photographed by using 8-10 cm. needle. These angels were calculated by using Corell Draw 5.00. In the horizontal plane, it was found that Art. metatarsophalangea angle is between 4,5°-10° in females and 3,8°-9,9° in males and art. metatarsocuneiforme is between 5,1°-12,6° in females and 2,7°-12,3° in males. At the same time, Art. naviculocuneiforme was measured between 2,1°-9,4° in females and 3°-11,4° in males. The intermetatarsal angle was varies between 6 ° -11.2 ° in males and 5.5 ° -11 ° in females. In this dissertation study, investigation of the effects of the tendons of peroneus longus and tibialis anterior muscles and their insertional sites on the first metatarsal bone, as well as the association of those interactions with the metatarsophalangeal, metatarsocuneiform and naviculocuneiform joints and then evaluation of the importance of the results of those analyses in directing the conservative treatment was aimed. | |
