| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma, TAR_GEL projesinin amaçlarını, üreticilerin TAR-GEL projesi hakkındaki görüş ve düşüncelerini ortaya koyabilmek ve kırsal kalkınma açısından etkinliğinin arttırılması amacıyla görüş ve önerilerde bulunmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada tarım danışmanlarının çalıştığı 27 köyden 161 üretici ile anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; üreticilerin en önemli bilgi kaynakları sırasıyla tarım müdürlükleri ve zirai ilaç bayileridir. Tarım danışmanları köyde kendisine danışan üreticilere yardımcı olmaktadırlar. Tarım danışmanları gerek ulaşımda gerekse ikamet etmekte sorunlar yaşamaktadır. Danışmanların eğitim ihtiyaçları hizmet içi eğitim alamamalarından dolayı karşılanamamaktadır. Çiftçilerin yayımcılarla iletişimlerinin geliştirilmesi, uyumlu çalışmalarının sağlanması, güven ortamının oluşturulması gerekmektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study was to analyze TAR-GEL project objectives, opinions and interpretations of the producers about TAR-GEL and to express views and make suggestions with the purpose of increasing the activity of agricultural development. In this research a survey is conducted with 161 producers from 27 villages selected in the consultants work villages. According to the research results suggest that the most important information sourcest of farmers directorates of agriculture and seed and chemical companies. Agricultural consultants supports the producers in the village who ask for advice. They have been experiencing transportation and accommodation problems. Training needs of the consultants are not being met due to not being able to take on the job training. ?t is necessary to develop the communication between the farmers and the extension staff, to ensure that they shall work together consistently and to establish a confidence environment. | |
