Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Tekirdağ İlinde, kapalı sistem sulama işletmeciliğinde proje tamamlandıktan sonraki süreç içerisinde çevresel ve sosyo - ekonomik etkilerin yöre halkının bakış açısıyla sorgulanarak değerlendirildiği bu araştırmada, literatür çalışmalarının ardından 10 köyde, 21.922 da toplam sulama alanında, 147 üreticiye çevresel ve sosyo - ekonomik etkileri hakkında anket soruları yöneltilmiş, mülakatlar yapılmış ve üreticilerin yaş, eğitim, işletme tipi gibi verileri toplanmıştır. Araştırma sahasındaki üreticilerin yaş ortalaması 55 olup, 40 yaş ve altı üreticilerin yaş ortalaması %7'dir. Üreticiler 4,70 ortalama ile kapalı kanalın açık kanala göre avantajlı olduğunu beyan etmişlerdir. Kapalı sistem sulamanın çevrenin korunmasına katkısı vardır sorusunun ortalaması 4,44'tür. Üreticiler su tasarrufu sağlamak için kapalı sistem gereklidir sorusuna ortalama 4,73 ile cevap vererek bu konuda bilinç düzeyleri olduğu ortaya çıkmaktadır. Üreticilerin %74'ü suyun kıt kaynak olması sebebiyle su kayıplarının az olduğu kapalı sistem sulamaya geçilmesini belirtmişlerdir. Üreticiler kapalı sistem sulamanın çevrenin korunmasına katkısı vardır sorusuna %64 oranında cevap vermişlerdir. Bu çalışmada üreticiler genel olarak kapalı sistem sulamadan oldukça memnun olduğu gözlenmiş olup bu projelerin kırsal alanın kalkınmasına ve gençlerin çiftçilik yapmasına faydası olabileceğini beyan etmişlerdir. Ayrıca SWOT analizi yapılmış olup; kapalı sistem sulamanın güçlü yönleri su kayıplarının ilave ek yerleri dışında çok az olması ve zayıf yönünün ise ilk yatırım maliyetinin yüksek olması sonucuna varılmıştır.
In this study, the environmental and socio-economic effects of closed system irrigation management in Tekirdağ Province, in the process after the completion of the project, were questioned and evaluated from the perspective of the local people, and after the literatüre studies, environmental and socio-economic effects on 147 producers in 10 villages, in a total irrigation area of 21,922 da. Questionnaires were asked,interviews were made and the data of the producers such as age, education,business type were collected. The average age of the producers in the research area is 55, and the average age of the producers aged 40 and under is 7%. Producers declared that the closed channel is advantageous over the open channel with an average of 4.70. The average of the question ''Does closed system irrigation contribute to the protection of the environment'' is 4.44. Producers answered the question ''A closed system is required to save water'' with an average of 4.73, revealing that they have a level of awareness on this issue. 74% of the producers stated that they should switch to closed system irrigation with low water losses due to the scarcity of water. Producers answered the question ''Does closed system irrigation contribute to the protection of the environment'' at a rate of 64%. In this study, it was observed that the producers were generally quite satisfied with the closed system irrigation, and they stated that these projects could be beneficial fort he development of rural areas and for young people to farm. In addition, SWOT analysis was made; It been concluded that the strengths of closed system irrigation are that the water losses are very low except for the additional joints and the weakness is thr high initial investment cost.
