Abstract
Bu araştırma Türkiye'de ekmeklik buğdayda kalite özelliklerinin fiyat oluşumuna etkisi ve üretici davranışlarının incelenmesi amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmada yöntem olarak literatür taraması ve nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Literatürde buğday ve buğday üretimine ilişkin bilgilere yer verildikten sonra buğday kalite parametrelerine değinilmiştir. Çalışmanın devamında Türkiye'de buğday tarımının mevcut durumu incelenmiş ve buğday fiyatlarının belirlenmesinde etkili olan faktörler değerlendirilmiştir. Buğday fiyat oluşumunda ve buğday pazarlama bileşenleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Araştırmanın uygulama bölümünde ise, Tekirdağ, Edirne, Kırklareli illerinde üretim yapan kayıtlı 71,170 üretici arasından rastsal olarak seçilen 170 kişi ile görüşmeler yapılarak veri toplanmıştır. Veri toplama formu araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulmuştur. Toplanan veriler SPSS programında analiz edilerek bulgular ortaya koyulmuştur. Analizlerde sayı ve yüzde; Kruskal Wallish H testi ve açıklayıcı faktör analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Üreticiler buğday satışında etkili olan kriterleri değerlendirilmiş ve kriterler üç grupta ele alınmıştır. Bu faktörler Bulanık Eşli Karşılaştırma yöntemi ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Üreticilerin tercihlerinde etkili olabilecek faktörleri birbirine çok yakın olarak değerlendirmiştir. Yapılan Kruskal-Wallis testi sonucuna göre de üreticilerin seçimlerinde etkili olan faktörler arasında istatistiki olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmamamıştır. Ekmeklik buğday ile kalite unsurları arasındaki ilişkinın araştırılması amacıyla ekonometrik model tahmin edilmiştir. Çalışmada çift logaritmik ekonometrik model kullanılmıştır. Alım işlemine tabi olan buğday fiyatı üzerinde hektolitre değişkeninin önemli etkisi olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
This study was designed to investigate the effect of price formation in winter wheat quality characteristics and behavior of producers in Turkey. Literature survey and quantitative research method were used as the research method. After giving information about wheat and wheat production in the literature, wheat quality parameters are mentioned. It examined the current situation of wheat farming in Turkey in the continuation of the study and were evaluated to determine the factors affecting wheat prices. Information was given about wheat price formation and wheat marketing components. In the application part of the research, datas were collected by making interviews with 170 people randomly selected among 71170 registered producers in Tekirdağ, Edirne and Kırklareli provinces. Data collection form was created by the researcher. The collected datas were analyzed in SPSS program and the findings were revealed. Number and percentage in analysis; Kruskal Wallish H test and explanatory factor analysis were used. Producers were evaluated the criteria that were effective in selling wheat and the criteria were handled in three groups. These factors were compared with the Fuzzy Pairwise Comparison method. He evaluated the factors that may be effective in the preferences of the manufacturers very closely. According to the Kruskal-Wallis test result, it was statistically significant among the factors influencing the producers' choices no difference was found. The econometric model has been estimated to investigate the relationship between bread wheat and quality components. In the study, double logarithmic econometric model was used. It is concluded that the hectolitre variable has an important effect on the wheat price which is subject to purchase.
