dc.description.abstractHastaneler, tıp merkezleri, poliklinik ya da sağlık ocakları şeklinde sağlık hizmeti veren bütün kurumlarda tedarik zinciri yönetiminin ve satın almanın her geçen gün önemli hale geldiğini ve devamlı gelişen bir proses olduğunu gözlemlemekteyiz. Tıbbi aygıtlardan, ilaçlara ve sarf malzemelere dek oldukça çok sayıda ekipman, sağlık kurumlarınca istenmekte, depolanmakta ve kullanılmaktadır. Tedarikçi seçimi, ürünlerin stoklanması, ürün siparişi, takibi, adetleri ne olacak gibi konular tedarik zinciri yönetimi ve satın alma prosesinde yöneticilerin alması gereken kararlardır. Planlama, satın alma, lojistik ve tedarikten, malzeme yönetimine dek bütün konular kurum içerisinde tedarik zinciri yönetimi ve satın alma bölümü bünyesinde bulunan bir süreçtir. Bu proses uygulanırken en akılcı ve en doğru kararlar verilmeli, kaynaklar en etkili şekilde kullanılmalı ve verimliliğin yükseltilmesi açısından tedarik zinciri yönetimi ve satın alma başarılı bir biçimde yürütülmelidir. Bu çalışmada; sağlık sektöründe tedarik zinciri yönetimi ve satın alma nasıl yönetilir konusu irdelenmiştir.
dc.description.abstractWe observe that supply chain management and purchasing are becoming increasingly important and a constantly evolving process in all institutions providing health services, such as health institutions, medical centers, polyclinics or health centers. A wide range of equipment, from medical devices to medicines and consumables, is requested, stored and used by healthcare institutions. Issues such as supplier selection, product stocking, product ordering, tracking, and quantities are decisions that managers must make in the supply chain management and purchasing process. Planning, logistics, purchasing, and all issues from supply to material management are processes within the supply chain management and purchasing department within the organization. While implementing the process, rational and correct decisions must be made, resources must be used efficiently, and supply chain management and purchasing must be carried out successfully in order to increase efficiency. In this study; Supply chain management and how purchasing is managed in the healthcare sector were examined.
