In order to determine virus diseases of fruit consumed vegetables like tomato, squash, cucumber and pepper a survey study was conducted during the growing season of 2014. Leaf samples of those vegetables exhibiting yellowing, necrotic and chlorotic leaf spots, mosaic and the leaf and fruit distortions were collected from tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.), squash (Cucurbita pepo L.), cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) and pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) plants. So 120 infected leaf samples were obtained for the identifications viruses of Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), Zuchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV) and Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV). Double Antibody Sandwich Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (DAS-ELISA) tests were implemented on those collected leaf samples. As a result of DASELISA test, 9 out of 120 leaf samples were found infected with TSWV, 3 out of 120 leaf samples had CMV as 5 of them found infected with ZYMV. Beside these individual virus infections 2 leaf samples infected with the mixture of TSWV+CMV as 5 out of 120 leaf samples had ZYMV+CMV. So disease rates were determined as 7.50 % for TSWV, 2.50 % for CMV and 4.17 % rate of infection was found ZYMV. Rate of those mixed infections were 1.7 % TSWV+CMV and 4.16 % for CMV+ZYMV.
