Abstract
Açık deneme koşullarında 3000 g’lık kompostlama kaplarında yürütülen bu çalışmada; evsel ve endüstriyel nitelikli arıtma çamurları, toprak solucanları (Eisenia fetida) ile inkübasyona tabi tutularak vermikompost üretilmiştir. Bu amaçla; evsel ve endüstriyel nitelikli arıtma çamurları ahır gübresi ile % 0 (kontrol), %5 (150 g), %10 (300 g), %15 (450), %20 (600 g) miktarlarda inkübasyona bırakılmıştır. 90 günlük inkübasyon süresince 1. gün, 30. gün, 60. gün ve 90. gün elde edilen vermikomposttan numune alımı yapılarak pH, elektriksel iletkenlik (EC), nem, toplam azot (TN), toplam organik karbon (TOC) ve C/N kalite parametrelerinin değişimi izlenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları incelendiğinde vermikompost kalite parametreleri bakımından evsel ve endüstriyel çamurlar arasında istatistiksel farklılık (P<0.05) gözlenmiştir. Uygulama dozları arasında önemli bir farklılık saptanmaz iken, inkübasyon süreleri arasındaki fark önemli bulunmuştur. Her iki çamurda ortalama pH, EC, Nem, TOC sınır değerler arasında olup, TN ve C/N sınır değerlerin üzerinde bulunmuştur. Buna göre, en düşük C/N oranı %15 evsel çamur uygulamasında, en yüksek C/N oranı ise %20 evsel çamur uygulamasında görülmüştür.
In this study, carried out in 3000 g composting containers under open test conditions, domestic and industrial sewage sludge were incubated by soil worms (Eisenia fetida) and vermicompost was produced. For this purpose; domestic and industrial sewage sludge were incubated with manure at 0% (control), 5% (150 g), 10% (300 g), 15% (450), 20% (600 g) amounts. The change in quality parameters was monitored such as pH, electrical conductivity (EC), humidity, total nitrogen (TN), total organic carbon (TOC) and C/N by taking samples from the vermicomposts obtained on day 1, day 30, day 60 and day 90 during the times of incubation. When the results of study were examined, statistical difference (P <0.05) was observed between vermicompost quality parameters and domestic/industrial sludge. While there was no significant difference between the administration doses, the difference between the incubation times was found to be significant. The mean values of pH, EC, humidity, TOC in both sludge were limit values and TN, C/N were found above limit values. Accordingly, the lowest C/N was observed in 15% domestic sludge application and the highest C/N was observed in 20% domestic sludge application.
