Özet
İzmir ili, Menemen ilçesinde ve İstanbul ili, Silivri İlçesi, Gümüşyaka Beldesinde 2015 yılında yapılan bu araştırmada; farklı lokasyon ve sıra arası mesafelerinin sater (Satureja hortensis l.) bitkisinin verim ve kalite özelliklerine etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada sıra arası mesafeler; 15 cm, 30 cm, 45 cm, 60 cm, 75 cm ve sıra üzeri mesafe 15 cm olacak şekilde düzenlenmiştir. Çalışmada iki farklı lokasyonda sater bitkisinin bitki boyu, habitus çapı, bitkide dal sayısı, yeşil herba verimi, kuru herba verimi, uçucu yağ oranı, uçucu yağ verimi ve uçucu yağ bileşenleri incelenmiştir. İzmir Menemen lokasyonunda iki biçim, İstanbul Gümüşyaka lokasyonunda ise tek biçim yapılmıştır. İncelenen özelliklere ilişkin ortalama değerler İzmir Menemen ve İstanbul Gümüşyaka lokasyonları için sırasıyla; bitki boyu, 31,70 cm, 30,99 cm, habitus çapı; 19,77 cm, 19,30 cm, bitkide dal sayısı; 12,65 adet, 16,92 adet, toplam yaş herba verimi 5745 kg/da, 1077,50 kg/da, toplam kuru herba verimi için; 1624,50 kg/da, 599,50 kg/da, yağ oranı yüzdesi; 3,58(%), 2,76(%), ve toplam yağ verimi; 57,09 l/da, 16,17 l/da elde edilmiştir. Uçucu yağların ana bileşeni carvacrol ve gamma- terpinen olarak belirlenmiştir. En yüksek carvacrol ve gamma-terpinen oranı İzmir lokasyonu birinci biçim için sırasıyla; % 41,22, %22,90, İzmir Lokasyonu ikinci biçim için sırasıyla; % 42,47,% 22,15, İstanbul lokasyonu için sırasıyla; % 39,30, % 21,58 olarak bulunmuştur.
In this research conducted in 2015 in Menemen district of İzmir province and in Gümüşyaka town of Silivri district of İstanbul province; The aim of this study was to determine the effects of different locations and spacing distances on yield and quality characteristics of sater (Satureja hortensis l.) plant. Distance between rows in research; 15 cm, 30 cm, 45 cm, 60 cm, 75 cm and 15 cm above the row is arranged. In this study, plant length, habitus diameter, number of branches, green herba yield, dry herba yield, essential oil ratio, essential oil yield and essential oil components of sater plant were investigated in two different locations. Two forms were made in İzmir Menemen location and one in İstanbul Gümüşyaka location. The average values of the investigated properties are as follows for İzmir Menemen and İstanbul Gümüşyaka locations; plant height, 31,70 cm, 30,99 cm, habitus diameter; 19.77 cm, 19.30 cm, number of branches per plant; 12.65 pieces, 16.92 pieces, total wet herba yield 5745 kg / da, 1077,50 kg / da, for the total dry herba yield; 1624.50 kg / da, 599.50 kg / da, percentage of oil content; 3.58 (%), 2.76 (%), and total oil yield; 57.09 l / ha, 16.17 l / ha. The main components of essential oils were carvacrol and gamma- terpinene. The highest carvacrol and gamma-terpinene ratio were found for the first form of İzmir location; 41.22%, 22.90%, İzmir Location for the second form respectively; 42.47%, 22.15% for Istanbul location, respectively; 39.30%, 21.58% were found to be.
