Özet
Sağlık, tüm dünyaca kabul edilen evrensel bir kavramdır. Sağlıklı bir yaşam sürmek ise herkesin temel hakkıdır. Bu sebeple de dünya da insan var olduğundan beri, her devirde ülkeler halklarının sağlıklı yaşayabilmesi için çeşitli sağlık politikaları geliştirmişlerdir. Bu çalışma da daha ilk kurulan devletlerinden başlayarak günümüze kadar, Türk devletlerinde uygulanan sağlık politikaları ile Türkiye?miz de 2003 yılında uygulanmaya başlayan Sağlıkta Dönüşüm Programı (SDP) tanıtılmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca ABD, İngiltere ve Küba?da uygulanan sağlık politikaları da incelenerek, dünyada uygulanan farklı sağlık politikaları tanıtılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışma bütünüyle teorik bir nitelik taşıdığı için tarihçi metottan yararlanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Bu sebeple bu metot çerçevesinde kaynak taraması tekniği uygulanmıştır.
Health is a universally accepted concept. To live a healthy life is everyone's basic right. For this reason, since human beings existed in the world, countries have developed various health policies in order to ensure the health of their people. In this study, starting from the very first established in the state until today, Turkey is also applied to health policy with the Health Transformation Program that has been implemented in 2003, the Turkish state (SDP) has tried to introduce. In addition, health policies applied in USA, England and Cuba were examined and different health policies applied in the world were tried to be introduced. As this study has a purely theoretical character, it has been prepared by using historian method. For this reason, the method of welding screening was applied within the framework of this method
