Abstract
Bu çalışmada, spor alanlarındaki özellikle futbol sahalarındaki, çim alanların bakımında kullanılan elet ve makineler ile uygulanan yöntemlerin saptanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu alanlar, üzerinde sürekli hareket edilen alanlardır. Bu nedenle futbol sahalarındaki çimlerde daha fazla yıpranma meydana gelmektedir. Sürekli bakım gerektiren bu alanlarda uygun alet ve ekipmanların kullanılması ancak tecrübeli ve bilgili personellerle sağlanabilmektedir. Araştırmada, belirlenen standartlara sahip 13 spor tesisinde kullanılan alet ve makinelerin performansları belirlenmiştir. Bu tesislerin 3 tanesi İstanbul, diğerleri Trabzon, Antalya, Alanya, Gaziantep, Malatya, Rize, Ankara, Konya ve Kayseri illerinde bulunmaktadır. Kullanılan makinelerin büyük çoğunluğunun ithal edildiği ve birkaç firmanın tekelinde olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca, bu tesislerin çoğunda yeterli bilgi ve birikime sahip elemanların çalışmadığı da tespit edilmiştir. Yüz yüze yapılan görüşmelerde yetkililere spor tesislerindeki çim alanların bakımı ve yönetimi için uzman personellerin istihdam edilmesi önerilmiştir. Tesislerin hemen hepsinde çim biçme makinesi, kök havalandırma makinesi, kumlama makinesi ve çim tırmığı bulunmaktadır. Alet ekipman parkı en fazla olan tesisler Sivas, Trabzon, Rize ve Kayseri'de bulunan tesislerdir. En az alet ve ekipman ise Alanya spor tesisindedir. Kullanılan makineler içinde en yüksek iş kapasitesi 120 da/h ile gübre serpme makinesinde, en düşük iş kapasitesi 4,3 da/h ile kendi yürür çim biçme makinesinde ölçülmüştür. Yakıt tüketimi en fazla kök havalandırma ve çekilir tip çim biçme (3,25 l/da) makinelerinde bulunmuştur.
In this study, it was aimed to determine the methods used in the maintenance of the lawn fields, especially in the football fields, with the equipment and machines used in sports fields. These areas are areas on which there is constant movement. For this reason, more wear occurs on the lawn in the football fields. The use of appropriate tools and equipment in these areas that require constant maintenance can only be achieved by experienced and knowledgeable personnel. In the research, the performances of the tools and machines used in 13 sports facilities with determined standards were determined. Three of these facilities are located in Istanbul, others in Trabzon, Antalya, Alanya, Gaziantep, Malatya, Rize, Ankara, Konya and Kayseri. It has been observed that most of the machines used were imported and owned by a few companies. In addition, it has been determined that personnel with sufficient knowledge and experience do not work in most of these facilities. During the face-to-face interviews, it was suggested to the authorities to employ expert personnel for the maintenance and management of the lawn areas in the sports facilities. Almost all sports facilities have lawn mowers, root ventilation, sandblasting machines and lawn rakers. The facilities with the most tool and equipment parks are those in Sivas, Trabzon, Rize and Kayseri. The least tools and equipment are in the Alanya sports facility. Among the machines used, the highest work capacity was measured in the fertilizer spreader with 120 da/h, the lowest work capacity was measured in a self-propelled lawn mower with 4.3 da/h. The highest fuel consumption was found in root ventilation and trailed lawn mowers (3.25 l/da).
