The geological characteristics are composed of geological maps and reports with various scales which are prepared by different researchers. The thematic maps of this study are designed by the program called ArcInfo/ArcMap 10.0. At various times, scientific and technical field work was realized in the study area. It is understood that the topography of the field spent multi-geomorphological cycle under controlled by different factors and processes.
