Abstract

Today's science and technology also increased more emphasis on training for the development and behavior of individuals in the society for consumption has varied. Individuals today as the factors affecting the behavior of individuals for consumption in consumer behavior have become more conscious In this study, they receive preschool services are primarily aimed to investigate the factors that family as factor in consumers to choose the educational institution. Pre-school in Trabzon in the scope of research with families whose children attending pre-school educational institutions of these families expressed their preference for the study of factors affecting the educational institutions have been taken. This research is a descriptive study of the property in the screening model is quantitative and descriptive research feature in this respect. The universe of public companies operating in the province of Trabzon and is comprised of parents of students who attend private kindergarten and kindergarten. The sample of the study 03/04 / 2015- 29/05/2015 6 connected to the history of the state in Trabzon Ortahisar and Akçaabat district, kindergarten operating seven private and constitutes parents of students attending classes. The questionnaire was used in accordance with the literature developed by the researchers to collect data in research. The study evaluated 500 survey data were analyzed with descriptive methods of tests and analysis of variance with SPSS statistical software. As a result of pre-school family consumer has been determined that the following factors affecting the choice of educational institutions; The factor for dry, factors relating to the agency personnel, factors related to parents' socio-economic status, factors related to education in the institution, the factors for confidence and purpose affect the corporate profile, corporate profile in the total costs and factors related costs to meet the opportunities, factors relating to other parents. Particularly preferred are the factors related with factors related to educational institution has been determined that these factors significantly influenced.
