Nowadays, there are some factors such as rapid population growth, industrialization, over urbanization, and a decrease in natural and cultural resources that lead to environmental pollution. Therefore, the Issues of global climate change, depletion of natural resources, degradation of the natural environment, decrease in clean water resources, air pollution, and inefficient soils, are becoming a quite serious international concern. When the natural balance is disturbed as a result of air, water and soil pollution, the balance of the ecosystem is disrupted and causes ecological problems. Ecosystem services, which are the benefits offered to people by the natural environment and healthy ecosystems; It cannot provide the expected benefit due to deteriorating ecosystems. In this case, the concept of sustainable development should be handled in a holistic way in terms of economic, social and environmental issues. To ensure sustainability; Environmental management system models, consisting of the stages of creating international policies, planning, implementation and management review, taking into account the responsibility of new generations should be established. The sustainable development method occurs with many factors and many unpredictable effects.
