| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma kapsamında ahlak kavramı, önemi ve sosyal ilişkilerdeki önemi ele alınacaktır. Bu bağlamda ahlak ile birey ilişkisi, ahlak ile toplum ilişkisi, ahlaki gelişim teorileri, iş ahlakı, iş ahlakı teorileri ve iş ahlakına uygun olmayana davranış modelleri mercek altına alınacaktır. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde ise mobbing olgusu ve tarihsel gelişiminin incelenmesi beklenmektedir. Bu kapsamda mobbing türleri, mobbing kavramına benzer kavramlar, süreç ve kademeleri, mobbing’e ortam oluşturan etkenler ile mobbing kavramında taraf olgusunun ele alınması beklenmektedir. Bölüm III kapsamında iş ahlakı ve mobbing ilişkilerinin işletme verimine etkileri incelenecek olup Bölüm IV kapsamında Türkiye’deki mobbing olgusu spesifik olarak incelenecektir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In the first part of this study, the concept of morality, precaution, and the importance of social relations will be discussed. In this context, ethical and individual relations, moral and social relations, moral development theories, business ethics, business ethics theories and behavioral models that are not in line with business ethics will be examined. The third part of the study is expected to examine the mobbing phenomenon and its historical development. In this context, it is expected that mobbing types, concepts similar to mobbing concept, processes and stages, factors forming environment for mobbing and sides of mobbing concept. Part IV under ethics and yield is shown to be investigated in relation mobbing mobbing in Turkey will be examined specifically in Section V | |
