Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerinin işletme performansına etkileri : Otomotiv sektöründe bir uygulama

Özet
İlk olarak Almanya'da ortaya çıkan endüstri 4.0 ile üretim sistemleri akıllı, esnek ve hızlı karar verebilen daha kaliteli üretim sistemlerine dönüşmüştür. Birçok avantaj sağlayan endüstri 4.0 dünya çapında hızla yayılmıştır. İşletmeler işgücü verimliliğini arttırmak, üretim ve ürün kalitesini arttırmak, maliyeti azaltmak dolayısı ile rekabet avantajı sağlamak için endüstri 4.0'ı sistemlerine entegre etmektedir. Yapılan çalışmada endüstri 4.0 ana teknolojileri ve işletme performansına etkileri incelenmiştir. Otomotiv sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletmede seçilen pilot bölgeye IoT teknolojisi entegre edilerek işletme performansına etkileri sayısal olarak ifade edilmiştir. İşletmedeki üretim verilerinin doğruluğunun operatör inisiyatifinde olması ve üretim raporlamaları sırasında zaman kayıplarının yaşanması nedeniyle bu çalışmaya ihtiyaç duyulmuştur. Çalışmada, uygulama yapılmadan önceki üretim verileri ile uygulama sonrası üretim verileri karşılaştırılarak nesnelerin interneti teknolojisinin işletmenin performansına etkileri değerlendirilmiştir. İşletme performansı, ürün bazlı ve performans bazlı parametreler belirlenerek bu parametreler ile değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda; raporlama sürecindeki yaşanan zaman kayıpları azaltılarak işletme performansında ve üretim miktarında artış sağlanırken ürünün çevrim süresinde iyileşme sağlandığı tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmanın farklı işletmelerde yaygınlaştırılması ile işletmelerin performanslarının artması sonucu ülke genelinde büyük ölçüde fayda sağlanması beklenmektedir.
With industry 4.0, which first emerged in Germany, production systems have evolved into higher quality production systems that are smart, flexible and able to make quick decisions. Industry 4.0, which provides many advantages, has spread rapidly around the world. Companies integrate industry 4.0 into their systems to increase labor productivity, improve production and product quality, reduce costs and thus provide competitive advantage. In the study, the main technologies of industry 4.0 and their effects on company performance were examined. In an enterprise operating in the automotive sector, IoT technology was integrated into the selected pilot area and its effects on company performance were expressed numerically. This study was needed due to the accuracy of the production data in the company is at the initiative of the operator and time losses are experienced during production reporting. In the study, the effects of Internet of things technology on the performance of the company were evaluated by comparing the production data before the application and the production data after the application. Performance of the company was evaluated with these parameters by determining product-based and performance-based parameters. As a result of the study; It was determined that while the time losses experienced in the reporting process were reduced, increase in performance of the company and production quantity was achieved, improvement in the product cycle time was achieved. It is expected that with the dissemination of this study in different companies and the increase in the performance of companies, benefit will be provided to a great extent throughout the country.
