Özet
Ülkelerin ekonomik olarak gelirleri kısaca Gayri Safi Milli Hasıla dediğimiz Tarım, Sanayi ve Hizmet sektörü ile edilen ekonomik değerler olarak ifade edilir. Tarım sektörü de kısaca Bitkisel ve Hayvansal üretim şeklinde ayrılır. Bu üretimin özünde insanlığın soyunun devam ettirebilmesi için gerekli protein, enerji ve mineral maddelerin sağlanması yatmaktadır. Tarım sektörü bu bağlamda bir ülke açısından ciddi derece de önem arz etmektedir. Günümüzde tarım bir çok ülkede ülke ekonomisi ve güvenliği yönünden stratejik sektör olarak kabul edilmekte ve bu bağlamda politikalar izlenmektedir. Bölgemiz genelinde özellikle hayvansal üretim kanalında ciddi tarıma dayalı sanayi kuruluşlarının da bulunması ile bölge ve Kırklareli ilinin bahsettiğimiz GSMH açısından ciddi üretim rakamları mevcuttur. Bölgede bu sayede Katma Değer üreten verimli bir faaliyet yapılmaktadır. Küçük aile işletmelerinin yanında büyük ölçekli damızlık hayvancılık işletmelerinin varlığı bu duruma ciddi etki ettiği söylenebilir. Kırklareli ili olarak ülke hayvancılığına ve üretimine verimliliği yüksek kültür ve kültür melezi ırklar ile katkısı büyük olmaktadır. Üretim artışı diğer bölgelerde yapılan üretime göre verimlilik kaynaklı olması kaynakların doğru kullanıldığını doğrular. Bu çalışmada, Tarım sektörünün ve sağlıklı güvenilir gıdaya ulaşmanın Hayvansal üretim ile ve bunun sürdürülebilir stratejik öneme sahip olan tarım politikaları ile yapılması gerektiği Türkiye, Trakya bölgesi ve Kırklareli ilinin bu üretimdeki yeri anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.
Economic incomes of the countries are defined as economic values such as agriculture, industry and public service those are also called national income. Agriculture is divided in to two; animal and plant production. In the essence of that kind of production, the aim is providing humanity with protein, energy and minerals which are essential for survival. In that respect, agriculture has a great importance for a country. Agriculture, today, is accepted as a strategic sector for national economy and security by many nations, and political measures are taken in that context. Kırklareli district and our region have serious production numbers in terms of aforementioned national income thanks to the fact that there are serious agricultural industrial institutions especially in the animal production sector in the region generally. An added value producing feracious activity is done in the region as the result. It can be said that, existence of big scale animal breeding businesses along with small family businesses have a great impact on that matter. With its highly fertile culture and crossbreed culture races, Kırklareli district makes a great contribution to the national stock farming. Rise in Kırklareli’s production is productivity based compared to the other regions. That shows the right use of sources in the region. That study suggests that agricultural sector, and access to safe and healthy food must be handled through animal production. And that should be done through sustainable and strategically important agricultural policies. The study also deals with the place of Turkey, Trakya region and Kırklareli district in that production.
