dc.description.abstractBelge incelemelerinde, en önemli konulardan biri belgenin düzenlenme tarihidir. Bu konuda yapılan birçok çalışma olmakla birlikte; özellikle sadece mürekkep incelemesinden yola çıkarak belge yaşını tayin etmek henüz mümkün değildir. Ancak belgenin ve ilişik materyallerin (yardımcı tanı unsurları) diğer özellikleri, belgenin düzenlenme tarihi ile ilgili önemli ipuçlarını bize verebilir. Bu çalışmada, belgede kullanı- lan kâğıdın niteliği, yıpranmış- lığı, belge üzerindeki pulların meblağları ve bu tipte pulların halen kullanılmıyor olmaları, borçlu adres kısmına yazılan telefon numarasının güncel hale getirilmeye çalışılmış olması, belgenin düzenlendiği tarihin tahminine katkıda bulunmuştur.
dc.description.abstractIssue date of document is one of the most important issues in document examinations. Although there are many studies performed on this subject, it is not possible yet to determine the document age based upon only ink examination. However, other characteristics of the document and enclosed materials (supportive diagnostic elements) can give us important clues about the issue date of the document. In this study, the nature of the paper used in the document, amount of the fiscal stamps on the document, the fact that this type of fiscal stamps had already been demonetized, and the fact that telephone number written on the borrower adress field had been tried to be updated helped the estimation of the document’s issue date.
