Özet
Resim, güzel sanatların içinde değerlendirilen bir daldır. Adalet ise bir hukuk tanımıdır. Hukuk ve sanat, yaşamın her alanında kendilerini hissettiren gerçeklerdir. Yaşanan dünyada, adalet ile bilinen adaletsizlikler insanlarda sarsıcı etkiler yaratmıştır. Dolayısıyla sanat ve sanatçılar bu gerçeklerden uzak duramamışlardır. Adalet, insanlığın var oluşundan beri ihtiyaç duyulan bir kavramdır. Adalet, hak, adil olma gibi kavramlar oldukça soyuttur. Bu konuları işlemek isteyen ressamlar, bazı imgeler kullanmış veya resmettikleri eserlerle bu soyut kavramları değişik tekniklerle ifade etmişlerdir. Tez çalışmamda, bu kavramlara değinen, onları yaptıkları resimlerle ifade eden, iç dünyalarında bu kavramları baskın olarak yaşayarak eserlerine yansıtan ressamlar saptanmaya çalışılmış, kronolojik sıra takip edilerek bir araya toplanmak istenmiştir.

In my thesis, have itrie to identifiy and gather together following a chronologial order the painters who touched on these consepys, expressed them in their paintigs and reflected these consepts with their Works their inner worlds.
