Özet
Ülkemizde turizmin ekonomik anlamda büyümesini sağlayan önemli etkenlerden biri yeni gelişmekte olan turizm yöreleridir. Uzun vadede düşünüldüğünde geleceği olan bu bölgeler turizmin gelişme aşamasında mümkün olduğunca sürdürülebilir turizm politikaları ile desteklenmelidir. Önemli turizm yörelerinden biri de temiz doğası bozulmamış çevresiyle Saroz körfezidir. Fakat bu bölgenin turizm potansiyelinin yüksek olmasına rağmen yıllarca yeterli yatırım yapılmamıştır. Saroz Körfezi kıyılarında görülen çarpık yapılaşma önemli bir tehdit oluşturmaktadır. Saroz Körfezinin sahil köylerinde eski yerleşimler doğal yapısını koruyarak varlığını sürdürmektedir. Ancak, köylerde bulunan taş evler genelde kaderine terk edilmiştir. Yörede bulunan 300’ü aşkın taş ev aslına uygun olarak restore edilip ekoturizme kazandırılmalıdır. İbrice Limanı bölgedeki turizm çekim merkezlerinden biridir. Farklı balık türleri ve dalış noktalarıyla ilgi çekmektedir. Gala gölü bölge yakınlarında turizm potansiyeli bulunan önemli bir göldür. Özellikle farklı kuş türleri açısından kuş gözlemciliği (ornitoloji) burada turizme hizmet vermelidir. Enez ve çevresinde nesli tükenmekte olan yılan balığı yöreye özgü bir değer olarak tanıtılmalıdır. Bu çalışmada bölgenin turizm potansiyeli araştırılıp ekoturizmden yararlanılması için yapılması gerekenler ortaya konulmuştur.
One of the important factors which causes the economic growth of tourism in our country is the contribution of the recent – developing resorts in the region. When it is thought long periodically these resorts, which promise future, should be supported with the long term politicies in the early development stage of tourism as much as possible. One of these important touristic resorts, is the Saros Gulf with its clean nature and untouched environment. Although this region’s touristic potential is high for years it has not been invested enough. The touristic areas have a very important role in the development of the region. In The Saros Gulf coasts common irregular constructions constitutes an important threat Ancient settlements in the coastal village of Saros Gulf have survived by preserving their natural structures. However, the stone houses in the village was abandoned to fate in general. More than 300 stone houses in the area shoul be restorated according to their original plans and to be earned to ecotourism. Tourism in the region of Port İbrice is the one of the attraction centers. Different fish species and diving points are interesting. Gala lake has a significant potential for tourism in the region near the lake. Especially in terms of different bird species, bird watching (ornithology) should serve tourism. The eels ,which have a great threat of being exhausted and only live in Enez, should be introduced as a specific value of the region. In this study the region's tourism potential was investigated and what to be done to benefit ecotourism was brought to light.
