Yalova ve Kocaeli illerindeki bitkisel üretim yapılarında ortaya çıkan yapısal başarısızlıklar üzerine bir araştırma

Özet
Bu araştırma Yalova ve Kocaeli illerinde bulunan ve genellikle süs bitkileri ile sebze üretiminin yapıldığı seralarda planlama, projeleme ve inşa aşamalarında yapılan hatalardan kaynaklanan yapısal başarısızlıkları belirlemek ve alınabilecek önlemleri ortaya koymak amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışma kapsamında Yalova ilinde 11, Kocaeli ilinde 10 adet zarar gören işletme incelenmiştir. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda, plastik seralarda sera yeri seçimi ve seraların yapım tekniğinde birçok yanlış uygulamanın olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışmanın ana konusu olan su, rüzgar ve kar zararlarının bölgede etkili olduğu, ortaya konulmuştur. Seraların yer seçiminde taban suyu, kuru ve aktif dere yatakları, sulama kanalları gibi unsurların göz önüne alınmadığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca drenaj uygulamalarının yeterince yapılmadığı, su tahliye unsurlarının projeleme sırasında göz ardı edildiği belirlenmiştir. Bu nedenle gerek taban suyu yüksekliğinden, gerek çevrede bulunan su kaynaklarından gelen suların seralarda önemli hasarlar oluşturduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Ayrıca, seraların projelendirilmesinde ekolojik ve topoğrafik faktörlerin göz ardı edildiği ortaya çıkmıştır. Rüzgar ve kar yükünün hesaplanmadığı, sera yapı elemanlarının ve örtü malzemesinin standartlara uygun seçilmediği sonucuna varılmıştır.
This research was carried out in order to determine the structural failures due to inaccuracy in planning, projecting and construction phases in the greenhouses in Yalova and Kocaeli provinces and in the greenhouses where the vegetable production is usually done. Within the scope of the study, 11 enterprises in Yalova province and 10 enterprises in Kocaeli province were examined. As a result of the work being done, it has been seen that there are many misapplications in choosing greenhouses and making greenhouses in plastic greenhouses. The main topic of the study was water, wind and snow damages, which were found to be effective in the region. It has been determined that ground water, dry and active creek deposits, irrigation canals, etc. are not taken into account when selecting the sites. It has also been determined that drainage practices are not sufficiently performed and that the water discharge elements are ignored during the project. For this reason, it has been observed that the waters coming from both the ground water level and surrounding water sources cause significant damage to the greenhouse. On the other side, it was revealed that ecological and topographic factors were overlooked in the design of greenhouses. The result was that wind and snow loads were not calculated, greenhouse construction elements and cover materials were not selected according to the standards.
