Tekirdağ ili tek yıllık ve otsu bitkilerde bulunan Aphidoidea (Hemiptera) türleri üzerinde araştırmalar

Özet
Bu araştırma 2018-2020 yılları arasında Türkiye'nin Tekirdağ ili ve ilçelerindeki tarım alanları, tarım dışı alanlar, kentsel bölgelerdeki park, bahçe ve kaldırım kenarlarındaki tek yıllık kültür bitkileri, yabancı ot, otsu bitkiler ve süs bitkileri üzerinde görülen Aphididae'ye ait yaprakbiti türlerinin tespit edilmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Örneklemeler Mart ve Kasım ayları arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yaprakbitlerinin morfolojik özelliklerine göre teşhisleri yapılmış ve yapılan teşhisler sonucunda Hemiptera takımı Aphididae familyasına bağlı Aphidinae, Eriosomatinae, Lachninae ve Chaitophorinae altfamilyaları tespit edilmiştir. Bu alt familyalara ait 39 cins içinde 3'ü alttür olmak üzere toplam 88 yaprakbiti türü tespit edilmiştir. Bu türlerin bağlı bulunduğu cinsler Acyrthosiphon, Ammiaphis, Anoecia, Anuraphis, Aphis, Aulacorthum, Brachycaudus, Brevicoryne, Capitophorus, Cavariella, Dysaphis, Eucarazzia, Forda, Hayhurstia, Hyadaphis, Hyalopterus, Hydaphias, Hyperomyzus, Lipaphis, Macrosiphoniella, Macrosiphum, Metopolophium, Microlophium, Myzus, Nasonovia, Neomyzus, Paczoskia, Pemphigus, Protaphis, Protrama, Rectinasus, Rhopalosiphoninus, Rhopalosiphum, Schizaphis, Sipha, Sitobion, Smynthurodes, Tetraneura ve Uroleucon olarak belirlenmiştir. Teşhisi yapılan türlerden Phalaris arundinaceae (Poaceae) bitkisi üzerinden toplanan Anoecia major (Börner, 1950) ülkemiz yaprakbiti faunası için yeni kayıt olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu kayıtla Türkiye yaprakbiti tür sayısı 572'ye ulaşmıştır. Trigonella sp. (Fabaceae) Aphis craccivora için, Malva neglecta (Malvaceae) Aphis nasturti için, Cichorium intybus (Asteraceae) Hyperomyzus lactucae için, Amaranthus retroflexus (Amaranthaceae) Macrosiphum (Macrosiphum) euphorbiae için ve Slybum marianum (Asteraceae) Uroleucon (Uromelan) aeneum için Türkiye'de yeni konukçu bitkiler olarak tespit edilmiştir.
Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Nihal ÖZDER This research was carried out between 2018-2020 in order to determine the aphid species in Aphididae family from agricultural lands, non-agricultural areas, parks and gardens and near pavements through annual cultivated plants, weeds, herbaceous plants and ornamental plants in the provinces of Tekirdağ and its districts in Turkey. Sampling was done between March and November. In this study, aphids were identified according to their morphological characteristic and as a result, Aphidinae, Eriosomatinae, Lachninae and Chaitophorinae subfamilies, belonging to the Aphididae family in Hemiptera order were determined. A total of 88 aphid species, 3 of which are subspecies, have been identified within 39 genera belonging to these subfamilies. The genera of these species are affiliated that have been identified as Acyrthosiphon, Ammiaphis, Anoecia, Anuraphis, Aphis, Aulacorthum, Brachycaudus, Brevicoryne, Capitophorus, Cavariella, Dysaphis, Eucarazzia, Forda, Hayhurstia, Hyadaphis, Hyalopterus, Hydaphias, Hyperomyzus, Lipaphis, Macrosiphoniella, Macrosiphum, Metopolophium, Microlophium, Myzus, Nasonovia, Neomyzus, Paczoskia, Pemphigus, Protaphis, Protrama, Rectinasus, Rhopalosiphoninus, Rhopalosiphum, Schizaphis, Sipha, Sitobion, Smynthurodes, Tetraneura and Uroleucon.
