Özet
Tekirdağ ?linin Merkez Karaevli ve ?necik Köyleri ile Yarapsan Çiftliğinde kurulan tarla denemelerinde 8 farklı kıslık ekmeklik buğday çesitlerinde tahıl virüs hastalıklarının kalite üzerine etkilerinin saptandığı bu çalısma 2011-2012 yılı üretim döneminde gerçeklestirilmistir. Üç farklı lokasyonda, farklı ekim tarihlerinde ekimi gerçeklestirilen 8 farklı kıslık ekmeklik buğday çesitlerinden; Tina, Esperia, Guadalupe, Flamura-85, Albatros, Krasunia, Syrena, Sagittario çesitlerinden toplanan 200 adet buğday yaprak örnekleri 8 ayrı tahıl virüsleri için DAS-ELISA testine tabi tutulmuslardır. Testlenen 200 adet yaprak örneğinden 60 adedinde Barley yellow dwarf virus- PAV (BYDV-PAV), Barley yellow dwarf virus-MAV (BYDV-MAV), Cereal yellow dwarf virus- RPV (CYDV-RPV), Wheat streak mosaic virus (WSMV), Wheat dwarf virus (WDV) ve Brome mosaic virus (BrMV)’lerinin varlığı saptanmıstır.
In order to determine the effects of cereal virus diseases on the yield quality of 8 winter bread wheat cultivars, field trails were established in Karaevli, Inecik villages and Yarapsan Farm located in Central district of Tekirdağ during the growing season of 2011-2012. Field experiments were established in three different locations by sowing the winter bread wheat cultivars of Tina, Esperia, Guadalupe, Flamura-85, Albatros, Krasunia, Syrena and Sagittario at different sowing dates. 200 wheat leaf samples were collected from plots and tested for the diagnosis of 8 cereal viruses by employing DAS-ELISA method. As a result of DAS-ELISA tests, Barley yellow dwarf virus-PAV (BYDV-PAV), Barley yellow dwarf virus-MAV (BYDV-MAV), Cereal yellow dwarf virus-RPV (CYDV-RPV), Wheat streak mosaic virus (WSMV), Wheat dwarf virus (WDV) and Brome mosaic virus (BrMV) were identified in 60 out of 200 samples. There were no Maize dwarf mosaic virus (MDMV) and Sugarcane mosaic virus (SCMV) infected samples. Late sowing dates in November and December revealed the low virus infection rates display the importance of this measure for the control of cereal virus diseases. Totally 200 different grain samples collected from 8 winter bread wheat cultivars in the field were tested for the 9 different quality parameters. The quality analysis tests revealed that virus diseases affected the structure of grain directly by reducing 1000 grain weight and hectoliter weight significantly. The content of gluten and the total amount of protein were increased. Because of virus infection increases in protein amount on the contrary protein quality, sedimentation values and dough energy values were reduced.
