Özet
Makine Mühendisliği Anabilim Dalı Yüksek Lisans Tezi olarak hazırlanan bu çalışmada, kalkar kapak mekanizmalarında kullanılan yayların karakteristik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi ve mekanizmada yer alan yaya, mekanizmaya yerleştirilmeden önce yapılan işlem ile ilgili bilgi verilmiştir. 6 elemanlı mekanizma için iki tane vektör devre denklemi yazılarak kinematik ve kinetik analiz yapılmıştır. Kinetik analizden elde edilen değerlere göre yay karakteristiği belirlenmiştir. Kinematik ve kinetik analiz analitik çözüm sonuçları ANSYS programında analiz yapılarak doğrulanmıştır. Bu tez kapsamında Samet Kalıp ve Madeni Eşya A.Ş firmasında tasarımı yapılmış ve imal edilmiş olan Bası Yayı Yorma Aparatı ile ilgili bilgi verilmiştir.
In this study, which is prepared as a Master's Thesis of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, information is given about the determination of the characteristic features of the springs used in lift valve mechanisms and the process before the spring in the mechanism is placed in the mechanism. Two vector circuit equations were written for the 6-armed mechanism and kinematic and kinetic analysis was performed. The spring characteristic was determined according to the values obtained from the kinetic analysis. Kinematic and kinetic analysis analytical solution results were verified by analysis in the ANSYS program. Within the scope of this thesis, information was given about the Pressure Spring Fatigue Apparatus, which was designed and manufactured in Samet Kalıp ve Madeni Eşya A.Ş.
