| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalısmada, çeltik kurutmada kullanılan yöntemler belirlenerek iki çeltik çesidi için incelenmistir. Kurutma yöntemleri olarak; günes altında kurutma, gölgede kurutma ve bölgede yoğun olarak kullanımı mevcut olan depo tipi kurutucuda kurutma sekilde denemeye alınmıstır. Çeltik çesidi olarak Osmancık-97 ve Halilbey çesitleri kullanılmıstır. Uygulanan kurutma yöntemlerinin çeltik depo nemine gelme süreleri, randıman değeri ve çimlenme analizleri yapılarak en uygun kurutma yönteminin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıstır. Her iki çeltik çesidi içinde kurutma yöntemlerine göre kuruma süreleri belirlenmis, kurutma sonrası randıman ve çimlenme analizi değerleri saptanmıstır. Bu bilgiler ısığında uygun kurutma yöntemi ve randıman değerleri belirlenerek, uygulamadaki olumsuzluklar için önerilerde bulunulmustur. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the two types of paddy examinated by means of the methods on drying of paddy. As the methods of drying , drying with sunbathing, drying on the shadow and largely used methods using storage type dryer were on trials. As a type of paddy Osmancık-97 and Halilbey were used. It was aimed the determine the most appropriate method of drying by analyzing germination, performance degree and the duration of the storage’s humudity for paddy of drying methods. For both of kinds of paddy,the drying duration, performance after drying and the analysis of germination degrees were determined according to the drying methods.In the ligth of this information by determining appropriate drying methods and performance degrees,some suggestions were held for the negations in application. | |
