Abstract
Tarih sahnesine ilk çıktığı günden itibaren olayları algılama, muhakeme etme ve değiştirebilme yeteneği insanoğlunu diğer canlılardan farklı kılmıştır. Doğadan elde ettiği materyali işleyerek yahut amaçları doğrultusunda işleyip dönüştürerek yapmış olduğu faaliyetlerin bütününe ise üretim denir. Küçük topluluklardan günümüz modern yaşantısına uzanan bu uzun süreç üretimin başlaması ve yıllar içerisinde gelişmesine dayanmaktadır. Sendikalar günümüz anlamında sanayi inkılabının yaklaşık yüz yıl sonrasında ortaya çıkmış olup; ortaya çıktıkları ilk dönemlerde ücret ve çalışma şartlarının düzenlenmesi yolunda çalışmalarda bulunurken süreç içerisinde toplumun geniş bir kesimini etkileyen toplumsal konularda da görüş ve kanaatlerine başvurulan kurumlar durumuna gelmişlerdir. Bu çalışmada Sendikacılığın doğuşu ve tarihsel gelişimi sürecinde işçilerin ve memurların sendikaya bağlılık ve sadakatini etkileyen faktörleri ve buna bağlı olarak Türk Büro-Sen: Tekirdağ ili örneği ile büro kolunda görev yapmakta olan devlet memurlarının sendikaya ve işyerine duyulan bağlılıkları ve sadakatlerinin demografik özelliklere göre değişip değişmediği konusunda bir saha çalışmasının sonuçları üzerinde durulacaktır.
The ability to perceive, reason and change events from the day he first appeared on the stage of history has made humankind different from other living things. The whole of the activities it has done by processing the material it has obtained from nature or by processing and converting it in line with its aims is called production. This long process, which extends from small communities to modern life today, is based on the start of production and its development over the years. Trade unions have emerged in today's sense about a hundred years after the Industrial Revolution.; while working towards the regulation of wages and working conditions in the first periods of their emergence, they became institutions which applied their opinions and opinions on social issues affecting a wide section of society. This study will focus on the factors affecting the loyalty and loyalty of workers and civil servants to the Union during the birth and historical development of trade unionism and the results of a field study on whether the loyalty to the Union and the workplace and the loyalty of civil servants working in the Office branch have changed according to demographic characteristics.
