Özet
Safra kesesi tümörü gastrointestinal sistemin 5. sıklıkta görülen patolojilerindendir. Genellikle komşu organlara direk yayılım, lokal lenf nodu metastazı ya da yaygın metastatik hastalık şeklinde saptanabilir. 74 yaşındaki kadın hasta semptomatik taşsız kolesistit nedeniyle kolesistektomi ameliyatına alındı. Hastaya, ameliyat sonrası patolojik incelemede safra kesesinin adenokarsinomu tanısı konuldu. Hasta 2. kez ameliyata alınarak radikal kolesistektomi yapıldı. Hasta şikayetleri ve klinik muayene bulguları nonspesifik olduğundan tanı ve tedavideki altın standart öncelikle şüphelenmektir. Yazımızda safra kesesinde adenokarsinom teşhis edilen bir olgunun, nadir görülmesi nedeniyle tartışılması amaçlandı
Primary carcinoma of the gallbladder is the fifth most common tumor of the gastrointestinal tract. It is usually detected by directly spreading to adjacent tissues, lymphatic spreading to regional lymphnodes or dissemine metastases. A 74year-old female patient underwent cholecystectomy because of symptomatic acalculous cholecystitis. Postoperative pathologic examination of the specimen led to a diagnosis of adeno carcinoma in the wall of gallbladder. After diagnosis, this patient underwent a second operation, which was a radical cholecystectomy. Because complaints of the patient and the physical findings are nonspesific, the gold standart in diagnosis and treatment is to be always suspicious about it. In this study, our aim was to discuss adenocarcinoma in gall bladder which is encountered rarely.
