Özet
KOBİ'ler gerek ekonomik büyüklükleri bakımından olsun veya istihdam oranları bakımından, gerekse teknolojik gelişmelere uyum açısından ülke ekonomisinin önemli yapı taşlarından biri olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu çalışma, 2008 yılında yaşanan ve tüm dünya ekonomisini etkileyen küresel mali kriz döneminde küçük ve orta büyüklükteki işletmelerin (KOBİ) istihdam üzerindeki etkilerine ışık tutabilmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Ölçek farkı gözetmeksizin yaşanılan bu kriz işletmelerin yaşamlarını tehdit altına almıştır. Büyük işletmeler yeterli önlemleri sağlamış olsa da, küçük ve orta büyüklükteki işletmeler yeterli önlemleri alamamışlardır. Bu çalışmada KOBİ?lerin 2008 ekonomik krizi sırasında istihdam üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmış, KOBİ?lerin 2008 Krizi dönemindeki durumları incelenerek istihdam üzerindeki etkilerine yönelik istatistiki veriler tablolar halinde sunulmuştur.
SMEs are considered as to be one at the important buildings blocks. Of the country?s economy in terms of their economic size, or employment rates and adoptation to technological development. This study was prepared in order to shed light on the impacts of small and medium-sized managers. On the employment in Tekirdağ in 2008 during the global financal crisis which affected the world economy. This crisis has threatered the lifetime of the management without any difference scale. Although large managements have provided adequate measures, small and medium-sized managers have not been able to take adequate measures and more importontly, they have not. Realized this. In this study the effects of SMEs, which operate on employment during the 2008 economic crisis, were investigated and the statistical datas regarding the effects at the SMEs on the employment in the 2008 crisis period were examined and presented in tables
