Abstract
Bu araştırmada dendrimerlerin yapılarındaki dallar arasındaki boşluklara çeşitli molekülleri kapsülleyebilme yeteneğinden yararlanılarak aromaterapi özelliğine sahip fonksiyonel yünlü dokuma kumaşların üretimi üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Yünlü kumaşlara dendrimer çözeltisi aplikasyonu yapılmış ve ardından dendrimerle ön işlem görmüş ve görmemiş kumaş numunelerine limon ve lavanta esansı aplikasyonları gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ayrıca dendrimerle işlem görmüş ve işlemsiz numuneler üzerinde kokuların zamana ve yıkama işlemlerine bağlı olarak kalıcılığı da test edilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda, dendrimerle ön işlem görmüş numunelerde koku yoğunluğunun gerek zamana gerekse de yıkama sayısına bağlı olarak daha kalıcı olduğu saptamıştır
In this research it was studied on the production of functional woolen fabrics that has the aromatherapy feature by taking the advantage of dendrimers' encapsulation ability of various molecules into spaces between their branches. Dendrimer solutions were applied to woolen fabrics, then lemon and lavender essences were applied to dendrimer treated and untreated fabrics. Furthermore, permanence of odors depending on time and washing cycle were also tested for both dendrimer treated and untreated fabrics. Finally it was determined that odor intensity of dendrimer treated samples were more permanent, depending on both time and washing cycle
