Beslenme ve fiziksel aktivitenin covıd-19 tanılı hastalarda hastane yatış süresi ve biyokimyasal parametreler üzerine etkisi

| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada; yetişkin bireylerde beslenme ve fiziksel aktivitenin Covid-19 tanılı hastalarda hastane yatış süresi ve biyokimyasal parametreler üzerine etkisinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmaya Bursa Şehir Hastanesi Enfeksiyon Kliniği'nde yatan 18 yaş üzerinde olan ve çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden gönüllüler dâhil edilmiştir. Çalışmada bireylere sosyodemografik özelliklerini, besin tüketim sıklıklarını, fiziksel aktivite durumlarını ve biyokimyasal parametrelerini içeren bir anket formu uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada 65 kadın, 82 erkek hasta olmak üzere toplam 147 hasta değerlendirilmiştir. Günlük alınan enerji ve makro besin ögelerinden protein, bitkisel protein, tekli doymamış yağ, diyet posası ve çözünmez diyet posasından gelen yüzdeler ile hastanede kalış süresi arasında negatif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir (p<0,05). Çalışmaya katılan kişilerin BKİ sınıflamasına göre yoğun bakımda kalma ihtiyacının istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişkisi olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Biyokimyasal parametrelerden sedimantasyon ve prokalsitonin parametrelerinin hastanede kalış süreleri ile aralarında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0,05). Bu araştırmanın sonucunda; bireylerin enerji ve bazı makro besin ögeleri alımlarının hastane yatış süresini olumlu yönde etkilediği düşünülmektedir. BKİ ve fiziksel aktivitenin ise hastane yatış süresi ile arasında bir ilişki bulunamamıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, it was aimed to investigate the effects of nutrition and physical activity on the length of hospital stay and biochemical parameters in patients with Covid-19. Volunteers over the age of 18 who were hospitalized in the Bursa City Hospital Infection Clinic and agreed to participate in the study were included in the study. A questionnaire form including sociodemographic characteristics, food consumption frequency, physical activity status and biochemical parameters was applied to the individuals. It was determined that there was a negative significant relationship between the percentages of daily energy and macronutrients such as protein, vegetable protein, monounsaturated fat, dietary fiber and insoluble dietary fiber and hospital stay (p<0.05). It was determined that there was no statistically significant relationship between the need to stay in the intensive care unit according to the BMI classification of the participants. It was determined that there is a statistically significant relationship between the sedimentation and procalcitonin parameters, which are among the biochemical parameters, and the length of stay in the hospital (p<0.05). As a result of this research; It is thought that energy and some macronutrient intakes of individuals positively affect the length of hospital stay. No correlation was found between BMI and physical activity with the length of hospital stay. | |
