Özet
Bu çalısmada Namık kemal Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Tarla Bitkileri Bölümünde elde edilen kendilenmis hatlar materyal olarak kullanılmıstır. Denemede kullanılan 50 kendilenmis mısır hattında çesitli morfolojik karakterler incelenmis ve elde edilen degerler ile basit istatistiki analizler yapılmıstır. Yapılan çalısma sonucunda; tepe püskülü çıkartma süresinin 66- 85 gün; koçan püskülü çıkartma süresinin 63 – 82 gün; yaprak alanı degerlerinin 204.75 cm2 ile 717.62 cm2; sap çapının 1.23 cm ile 2.16 cm; bitki görünümünün 2 ile 4 arasında; koçan uzunlugunun 6.50- 21.00 cm; koçandaki tane sayısının 37 – 475 tane; hatların bin tane agırlıklarının 123.60 – 363.60g; sömek çapının 5 – 11 cm; sömek agırlıgının 3.00 – 53.40 g ve bitki tane veriminin 7.40- 131.10 tane arasında degistigi belirlenmistir. i Ayrıca kendilenmis hatların SDS-PAGE yöntemi ile gliadin proteini bant desenleri elde edilmis, genotiplerin nisbi yogunluk degerlerine göre bant sayıları ve bantların gliadin bölgelerine dagılımları incelenmistir. Elektroforez çalısmaları sonucunda kendilenmis mısır hatlarında gliadin proteinlerinin band sayılarının 11-20 adet oldugu, genotiplerin nisbi mobilite degerlerinin 18-90 kDa arasında degistigi ve gliadin bölgelerine göre bandların agırlıklı olarak omega bölgesinde bulundugu, bunu beta ve gama bölgelerinin izledigi tespit edilmistir. Nisbi mobilite degerlerinin en düsük alfa bölgesinde oldugu bulunmustur. Elde edilen bant desenleri ile bazı hatların benzer populasyondan olustugu, çogunlugunun ise farklılık gösterdigi belirlenmistir.
In this research, the lines which were developed by, Department of Field Crops, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Namık Kemal, were used as a material. Various morphological characters were examined in the 50 inbred lines and the basic statistical analysis was mode. According to the results; it was determined that the data collected on tassel formation 66 - 85 days, silking 63 - 82 days, leaf area 204.750 - 717.620 cm2, plant diameter1.230 - 2.160 m., plant vigour 2 - 4, ear lenght 6.50 – 21.00 cm., number of fuds per ear 34 – 475 , 1000 seed weight 123.600 – 363.600 g., cob diameter 5-11 cm., cob weight 3.00 – 53.40 g. and grain yield was between 7.400 – 131.100 units. iii In addition , the band patterns of gliadin protein of inbred lines were determined with SDS – PAGE method, and the number of the bands and the spreading of the bands to the gliadin regions according to ratio density data of the genotypes were examined. As result of the electrophoresis examinations, it was established that the band number of the gliadin proteins in the inbred maize lines was between 11 - 20, the relature mobilitiy of the genotypes was between 18 – 90 kDA and according to the gliadin regions the bands were mainly in the omega region, beta and gama regions follow this. It was found out that the relature mobility was minimum in the alpha region. The determined band patterns was used to establish the similar lines.
