| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma ile, Poa jubata A. Kern. taksonunun anatomisi ve floret mikromorfolojisi ilk defa çalışılmıştır. Taksonun kök, gövde ve yaprak enine kesitleri incelenmiş ve kesitlere ait ışık mikroskobu görüntüleri elde edilmiştir. Gluma ve lemma yüzey görüntüleri Taramalı Elektron mikroskobu incelenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre P. jubata’nın kökü epidermis, eksodermis, korteks, endodermis, perisikl ve merkezi silindir bölgelerinden oluşmaktadır. Gövde enine kesitlerde ise iletim demetlerinin uzunlukları, sklerenkima tabakasının hücre satır sayıları belirlenmiştir. Lemma ve glumaya ait SEM görüntülerinde uzun hücreler görülmüş ve uzunlukları ölçülmüştür. Her iki floret kısmında da kısa hücrelerden taç hücreleri, silika (mantar) hücreleri ve mumsu yapı (epicuticular waxes) görülmüştür. Ancak diken (prickle), makro tüy yapıları görülmemiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | With this study, anatomy and floret micromorphology of Poa jubata A. Kern were studied for the first time. Cross sections of root, stem and leaf of the taxon were examined and images of the cross sections were obtained by Light Microscopy (LM). Glume and lemma surface images were examined by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). According to obtained results, P. jubata roots consists of epidermis, exodermis, cortex, endodermis, pericycle and central cylinder regions. Dimensions of vascular bundles, number of cell lines of sclerenchyma were determined on the cross sections of stem. Long cells were seen and their dimensions were measured on the SEM images of glume and lemma. Crown cells, silica body and epicuticular waxes were seen among short cells in both florets. However, prickle and macro hairs were not seen. | |
