Özet
Ferromanyetik malzemeler sahip oldukları manyetik özellikleri bakımından özellikle mühendislikte yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu sebeple ferromanyetik malzemelerin manyetik özelliklerinin incelenmesi çok önemlidir. Bu tez çalı¸smasında, ferromanyetik malzemelerin en yaygın örnegi olan ferromanyetik ince filmlerin manyetik özellikleri incelendi. ? ?Ilk olarak ferromanyetik bir telin etrafına kaplanan ince filmden olu¸san bir sistem ve ardından da ferromanyetik ince bir filmin etrafına kaplanan farklı bir ince filmden olu¸san sistem tasarlandı. Sistemlerdeki manyetik etkile¸simler Monte Carlo benzetim teknigi ile incelendi. Ferromanyetik sistemlerin mıknatıslanma ? süreci manyetik alan ve sıcaklık etkisine baglı olarak ara¸stırıldı. Sisteme ait manyetik histeresis ? egrileri elde edildi ve sistemin koersivite, anizotropi gibi manyetik özellikleri belirlendi.
Ferromagnetic materials have been commonly used in engineering applications because of their magnetic property. Due to this, understanding of the magnetisation processes of ferromagnetic materials is very important issue. In this thesis, magnetic properties of ferromagnetic thin films that is the most common sample of ferromagnetic materials, were investigated. Firstly, the system that is formed a wire with a thin film coating around it and then a system that is formed a thin film with another thin film coating around it, was designed. The magnetic interactions in the system were studied via Monte Carlo simulation method. The effect of temperature and external magnetic field on magnetisation process were simulated and investigated. Magnetic histeresis loops of the system were plotted and coercivity, anisotropy properties of the system were observed.
